It’s been a pretty quiet week. Nothing new to report. I succumbed to the draw of the bed a little too much, but what are you gonna do.

Good times with the goats as well. Just sitting around and watching them fill their bellies with the tasty greens makes me happy. And they never fail to supply me with silly and amusing moments. I especially love when the kids get Palle all riled up and he does crazy goat jumps. It makes me laugh. He’s still got it in him.

The hard exercise continues as well. Paying off quite nicely. Next week is going to be warm and sunny. I’m going to take full advantage of that. Drop a few more pounds and have good times with the goats. I don’t need a vacation from that. Now go go goat photos.

I had a bit of a bad experience on Monday. But I don’t feel like writing about it here, really. It’s fine now, anyway. Cryptic! Otherwise, just exercising and goats. That’s about what I like to spend my time on.

I let the goats have some free time without the leashes this week. It’s nice to see them roam around. So much green to eat. Even with dastardly chickens, loud machines and light rain. They still enjoyed themselves. And so did I.

And the exercise is going pretty well. I have lost 11 pounds so far in June. Considering my diet hasn’t been perfect and the weather hasn’t been as warm as I’d hoped, I’m okay with that. I’ll keep working on it.

And finally, happy Father’s Day today. I don’t know what I would have done without my dad during all the blindness crap. So happy Day and get well soon, dad!
