Guess what I am shopping for? An exercise bike I am shopping for. <\/p>\n
I found a nice and cheap one too. Now I just need to figure out if I have room enough for it in my apartment. I don’t have any measuring tape. I called my dad to ask him if he could bring their tape when he came over for his daily cuppa tea. But he has fallen ill, so he won’t be coming over. Maybe I have passed the bug to him. Anyway, I’ll buy some measuring tape tomorrow I guess and then I’ll see if the dimensions fit. And if they do then I’ll get myself an exercise bike. <\/p>\n
I read some online advice about it and they said not to buy the cheapest ones. But I don’t want to spend a fortune on this, so for me it’s either cheap or nothing. I will go with cheap. I am almost a little excited about it. Some of you may remember years ago when I was in job training in the Reva center, how they had a little gym and I got quite into the whole fitness thing. The good thing about that gym was that practically no one used it. So I almost always had it all to myself. I can’t go and sign up with some gym today, because of all the people that would be there. And I’d probably be too lazy to go out there anyway. But with a bike in my apartment I think I could get back into the cycling swing of things. Get in a little better shape. And help out with the diabetes. So that’d be good. We’ll see how it goes. I don’t have a lot of space here, maybe there’s no room for it after all. But fingers crossed. I think I would get a lot more exercise done than now where I have to actually go outside in the dark, cold human-filled world. <\/p>\n
Other than that there is nothing new to report. Tomorrow I’m on animal feeding duty. For the first time since getting diabetesized. And for the first time with the buck there. He’s so good-natured though, there won’t be any problems with him I’m sure. <\/p>\n
