My birthday is nearing its end. Another year, deeper in debt. Or well not really. But it’s been a nice day. I went downtown with the family and had dinner at R\u00e5dhus Caf\u00e9en. I had my traditional pork serving, and it was very good. The weather was comfortably mild. It was a good time. Earlier in the day I had a visit from the building super. Not a birthday visit. But my fridge and freezer have been making noises. I can’t remember if I wrote about that in the blog. But here’s a video to illustrate it: youtube.com\/watch?v=vUA7A2cU5uY<\/a>. It was doing that on and off all day and night. So today the super came by. He looked at it for 5 seconds and said “yup, I see”. Then he told me to empty it all out and he came back 15 minutes later with a helper and a new fridge and freezer. So that was quick service. And now the crickets have been silenced.<\/p>\n

So now I’m 33. I know, I can hardly believe it either. I look 15 and act 14. But I’m a third of the way to a hundred. Minus 1. Too much math. <\/p>\n
