It’s the night before christmas. And all through the apartment complex explosions are heard. I do not enjoy fireworks season.<\/p>\n
Anyway, it’s almost time for christmas. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve which is when we celebrate because we are Danish and righteously so. I shall be going to celebrate with the family as is traditional. Hopefully a nice, quiet time with some nice food and good company. This year uncle Jens will be celebrating with us. And he’s bringing his new lady friend. Whom I don’t really know anything about and have never met. So that’s not really optimal for me, because having a “stranger” there will mean it will be hard for me to relax and feel comfortable. But I’m sure she’s very nice and it will be nice to meet her and we’ll all have a jolly good time. So I’m not going to worry about that. I’m just glad that my dad is back home and doing better and better. It would have been very sad if he had had to spend christmas in the hospital.<\/p>\n
It’s quite cold now, too cold for me. But I looked at some of my old christmas videos on youtube today and it struck me how we have had no snow yet this year. It’s not going to be a white christmas. But that’s okay, the snow only makes it harder for me to get around. So I’m not really going to miss that. Especially with the new bus routes.<\/p>\n
