Looks like the temperatures will be below zero for the foreseeable future. We have had a really mild winter so far. I have enjoyed that. I will not enjoy freezing temperatures.<\/p>\n
Thank goodness for the scarf I got for christmas from Traci. It really helped keep me warm when I went up to see the goats. And it even survived without getting chewn to bits. Mio did have a sniff and a little nibble, but that was all. Everyone survived.<\/p>\n
Speaking of the goats, I think we’ll have a new visitor soon. Alice mentioned a new buck stopping by. We’ll have 4\u00bd big goats, at least temporarily. That’ll be something. And just imagine if all three ladies had triplets. Can you imagine 9 little goat kids running around? That would be a little bit of heaven. Although it would also be a lot of kids to have to say goodbye to again. But that’s a ways off yet anyway. For now I will just enjoy the company of the good goats I have. I am still very happy that we got to keep Bob. I’m having a lot of fun with him. I can still manage to grab him and have him sit in my lap. He’s not always too pleased with it, but if I give him really good neck scratches then he’ll sit back and enjoy it. Won’t be long before he’s too big for it though. I already have a sore toe from when Magnethe decided to stand on it. I don’t think goats know how heavy they really are.<\/p>\n
