Ah, tomato season is back! Well, for now at least. I was able to get the year’s first Danish tomatoes this week. I thought ,since it was early in the season, maybe they wouldn’t be that good. But they were good. Very good. Oh, I hope they’ll keep coming now. I missed eating Danish tomatoes and cucumbers. Makes it easier to not order pizza. The good stuff. I lost 3,3 pounds \/ 1,5kg in 4 days with the help of tomatoes. Good start for now.
\nAlthough the weather forecast says we might get a little snow now. No, I will not have it. It must not be. Come back spring.<\/p>\n

In Peanut news, we heightened the fence in places around the goat pen. I don’t think he’ll be able to jump out anymore. Of course you never know with Peanut. He’ll find a way, I’m sure. A tunnel maybe. Or a hot air balloon. <\/p>\n

In other Peanut news, I took the gang out on the lawn in front of the playground for the first time since Peanut’s return. You can get to the road and to the residential area above from there, so I thought I’d put Peanut on a leash to make sure I had them all under control. He wasn’t too happy about that. Testing the leash. But it went okay. The tasty grass makes it easier. He did pull himself free several times, and I let him run around a little with the leash dangling after him too. No problem. But there is a lot more to look after now. And getting them all back in the pen is a bigger effort too. All in good fun, though. Wouldn’t have it any other way.<\/p>\n
