\nThere is no exact date for the moving of the goats yet. But it looks like it will be early next week. A place has been picked. It turns out to be the place that Peanut visited earlier in the year. After he left them they got another loaner to keep their own goat company. That loaner is going back to its own home. And our ladies will go there instead. There is no definite plan for how long it will be. I talked to Alice and she said it might be until springtime next year. So it’ll be a while. Things are still being worked out at our playground. It’s complicated because it’s a government place and it’s self insured, which means they probably won’t get as much money from the burnt house as they’d like and the city could even take that money and use it somewhere else in their budget. Alice was telling me that they were considering not rebuilding the house after all, and in fact maybe tearing some of the other old buildings down. And then remaking some new stuff closer to the youth club next door. Which would make some sense since that’s where the staff is spending most of it’s time. So having all the animals closer to there would actually be a good idea. So they could be, you know, supervised. And stuff. But she said that they still want to have animals there so the plan is still to have the goats back when things are done.
\nThe new place is a playground of a similar kind to ours. But I have the impression that it has been better maintained. In fact, they have our old horse there. Sille. So I’ll get reunited with her. They also have some other ponies or maybe donkeys? And hens and rabbits. And a funny little twist is that as far as I know a woman called Pernille works there. And she actually worked at our playground when I started visiting those 12ish years ago. I haven’t talked to her since she left many years ago, but I know Bodil has talked to her. And Alice told me that they have been told about me too, that I’m ‘part of the deal’. She said I might even be able to get my own key which would be jolly nice. I don’t know though if it’ll be possible for me to take the goats out grazing or if we’ll be confined to the pen there. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. And the big question is still how much capacity I’ll have for it all. It could all go smooth and be perfect and be all for the better. But it could also be tough. I am not in the best space mentally and I’m not in a great physical shape either. I think I’ll probably have to cut down to 2 or 3 days a week. I wish I could go every day, but I can’t even manage that at our current place. I just have to accept that I have some limitations and do my best for the girls. It’s close enough that I can go, that’s what’s most important. I haven’t figured out yet how to get there. I think if I walk it’ll take at least twice as long as it does now. It would probably be about an hour’s walk. Two hours of walking would be taxing on me physically. The alternative is trying to see if there’s a good bus route. But that would tax me mentally a lot. So I’ll have to figure that out and see what I want to do. Hopefully it’ll be good for Mia and Mio. Hopefully they’ll be better taken care of and safer there, even if they might have a little less time with me. I’ll have to find a routine at the new place and see how much I can manage. I hate change, but it could be worse. We’ll make it work and make the best of it.

\nLooks like the goats will be moved tomorrow. And looks like I might get to go with them on the journey, so that would be good for everybody I think.
\nI have looked over the route, and I think I’ll have to start taking the bus. The good news is that it’s my local bus and it goes every 7-8 minutes. So it should be manageable. I’ll consider swapping exercise for walking the whole way, but I’ll think about that later. Assuming everyone is nice at the new place and things go smoothly, hopefully things will go smoothly.
