First off, thank you Debbie for the gloves! Anything to keep warm in this weather. It might be snowing right now as I type this. It might not, but you never know. We’re heading into the deep of winter. Thank you for the kindness to you and the family and the animals. I am about to fall asleep and not feeling too well, so I better post this. On with the Facebook posties.

\nMy goat trip is, anyway. I went and did a little shopping to test myself out. I’m just really tired. I’m sure I could go see the goats, but on the other hand I don’t want to collapse by the side of the road like my dad collapsed yesterday. I guess I’m playing it safe. I’m sure I can go tomorrow. I’m feeling okay other than being very tired. That seems to be the pattern when I get sick. I can’t remember the last time I had fever and all that. I just get really tired.
\nOr maybe it’s my wacky sleep schedule that’s catching up with me. In any case, I’ll take a relaxing day in the comfy chair with lots of naps. That’s how I roll.

\nGood news today too! Thank you very, very much to Angeline Slaats for this brilliant hoodie!
\nApologies for the poor quality of picture, and the poor quality of potato sack body etc. I was half-sick. Didn’t even notice the… bar code sticker on the shoulder. Also I had the hood tightened in a way that almost made it look like a dark santa hat (patent pending on a story about dark santa elves). Will be hard to not pretend I’m a Sith in this.
\nI’m not sure it’s going to be very stylish wearing a cap under a hood, but I never cared about style and I think it will be helpful in the cold. I can just keep the hood off when it’s not too cold. It feels very warm and comfy. I’m going to try it as one of my layers under my winter coat. Since 3 layers wasn’t enough last time. When it gets a little warmer I might be able to just use this as my only outerwear, we’ll see.

\nI’m still tired. Throat a little scratchy. Probably going to take a day or two more off. Not feeling great, but not horrible either. Just sleepy.
\nI had a wonderful dream last night. Some kind of fairy tale world. Narnia or Middle Earth. It was beautiful. In the dream I was looking out a window at trees and I said “how can this be a dream, it’s so real and so beautiful”. As you all know, it’s one of my favourite things when I’m in a dream and I know it’s a dream. It was a little chilly so I made the sun come out and warm me. I wish I could do that in real life. I also swam with some kind of friendly sea monster and climbed mountains. Remind me again why I ever get out of bed?!
\nI miss the goats, but it’s so much nicer knowing that they’re out and well taken care of instead of having to wonder whether they get to go out at all when I’m not there.
\nMy dad is doing better too by the way. I think he was severely dehydrated. I should probably get something to drink. Does soup count?
