\nGood goat times today. Twas a beautiful morning with sunshine and puffy clouds. Cool temperatures, but it got warmer as the day got on. Enjoying the last few summer days here in Denmark.
\nI was at the goats early so I got to feed them breakfast (A38 was good and ate all her goat pills, with some added raisins) and let them out. Spending time with them just takes away all the doom and gloom that gathers up in the corners of the mind when you’re not looking. And the heart bursts with joy when Mia looks up in my eyes as I scratch her chin. All 3 goat ladies are so wonderful in their own ways. I miss having baby goats jumping around, but I’m really happy with this triumvirate of glorious beings.
\nOkay, I’ll dial it down a notch.
\nI saw a new cat today. At least I think it was a cat. You may laugh but for a moment I actually thought it was a fox. Haha. Nah, I’m pretty sure it was a cat. But with some unusual and pretty colours. We’ll have a look at some pictures soon.
\nAt the end of the day all 3 goaties were sitting down quite close together. Maybe the cloesest I’ve seen while I’m on the premises. Okay, A38 was sitting up against the gate so she had a little protection there. But they were so close that I sat down with them and I could reach a hand out to one side and pet Mia and a hand out to the other side and pet A38. Perfect unity.

\nYeah, that’s a cat. Not a fox. Or a tiger. Right? But isn’t it pretty, though?

\nGoosebumps! Twin Peaks! I didn’t think [redacted] would affect me as much as it did. And the other thing. But that was all kinds of amazing. Only one week to go now. I don’t want it to end. I want the dreamer to keep dreaming.

\nHeading to bed early tonight. The ebb and flow of my sleep schedule. The moon pulls, the sun pushes. Catching stars with a butterfly net. I am still all huffed up on Twin Peaks. I wonder if it’ll sneak into my dreams.

\nThere are drums and bagpipes and something that sounds like Arabian nights flutes and people cheering outside. If this is the end of the world it sounds a lot more fun than I’d expected.

\nHere’s another picture from yesterday of Foxy Mulderson, the tigercat. I think she’s so pretty. I don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl, but all other animals around here are girls so I’ll just go with that. She’s hanging out with A38’s pet rock here. I wonder if she’s a wild cat or a pet. She was watching me and the goats for a while. And sat still while I approached. But when I got to about a human’s length away she ran off. Took position again a little farther away and kept watching us. I tried to get close to her or get her to come to me, but she kept a safe distance until eventually she ran off into some bushes. I hope she’ll come back some time.
