\nGood goat times today. Hadn’t been out since Sky had her accident. Because things have got me down. But had to get out today to check on her. And she seems to be doing okay. She’s got a bandage on her head. Aw. Is there anything sadder than baby animals with bandages? Poor girl. But she came wobbling out with Milo when I opened the door for them. Straight around the corner to hoover the floor around the food storage bins. And more than happy to milk me for sympathy raisins. Lil trooper. Hopefully she gets healed up soon. We’ll see how it all turns out, but as long as she’s fine then I’m fine. A goat with any other number of horns would still smell this metaphor does not make sense.
\nTook them all out to the sandpit area. I’m starting to feel more comfortable having them all out and no one on a leash. I keep the ropes in my backpack in case I need to get them big girls under control. But it’s nice letting them run free. There is a certain group mentality forming, even if it’s obviously still split in two somewhat.
\nWe didn’t stay out there for long, though. It started to rain. So we went back to the pen. Spent time in the goat house and the shelter. Lots of time with Sky sitting in my lap. Just a quiet time, listening to the rain. I love those goats, all 4 of them. Big ands mall, old and new. I am so glad I have them in my life.

\nOh Mgee. Joel McHale’s new show is The Soup formatted. Not only do I love soup, I also love The Soup. I was bummed when it ended. I fthought his new show was going to be some talkshow. But it’s pretty much The Soup 2.0. Thumbs up. Now more than ever we need to make fun of reality TV, we’ve seen the horrific outcomes it can lead to.
