\nHow’m I doing? Alright. I was hoping to get up early and go see the goats today. I didn’t manage to get out of bed, though. Mostly because I was just feeling good sleeping and dreaming crazy dreams. My ribs are doing pretty okay. Still not good when sneezing and coughing and hiccuping. But not bothering my sleep. And not too bad when just general moving around. Gotta see the goats soon.
\nI did manage to exercise when I got up today. Added another 5ish minutes. I’m not in a hurry to get in a better shape, the important thing is to not find an excuse to quit again. Gotta just keep going and slowly increase my form. That’s fine. Keep that curve linear.
