\nGood goat times today. A lovely day with a good deal of sunshine. Must have rained overnight though, the ground was wet here and there. I can already feel the mud starting to set in. The goaties are not going be happy about that. Summer is always too short.
\nI took Mia out of the pen because I had an idea for some filming. The others weren’t happy to be left out. Lots of bleating and running around. And then suddenly Lily was out of the pen. I really don’t know how she got out, the gate was still locked. Huh. I think maybe she ran and jumped up on the rocks and from there jumped on onto the fence and off that and out of the pen. Dang. I hope she didn’t learn how to do it. It would not be good if she was able to escape the pen on her own, and that’s a tricky jump, she could hurt herself. I don’t think she can do it easily though, it was probably because they were so riled up and running around that she got the idea and strength to do it. Sheesh. Hopefully it’s not something she can just reproduce.
\nWe’re gonna need a bigger fence! Never a dull moment.

\nI stopped off at my parents’ place this morning, before goating. Had some computer stuff to help with.
\nLong overdue. They had a problem that I came to look at like.. months ago. I couldn’t fix it then. And because of my visual impairment it’s really hard for me to do research at their place. Their pc isn’t set up with the assistive aids that mine are.
\nSo I’d gone home to research it. And because of all the health problems and the world burning, it wasn’t until today that I came back. Turns out the problem was really easy to solve. Their computer had somehow been put in tablet mode. Which is a thing Windows 10 has. I’d never really heard of it or dealt with it, which is why I didn’t know that you just had to find a button and click it to put it back to normal mode. I don’t know why you’d have a button to put your desktop pc in tablet mode, but ok. It made a lot of stuff harder for my parents, so I’m glad I could fix that finally.
\nAnd they had a problem printing PDF files. Turns out Windows 10 had set Edge as the defult PDF handler and for some reason Edge wouldn’t print. So I set PDF handling back to our PDF reader and that prints fine. Don’t you just love Windows 10? Definitely change our settings to force your own shirty programs on us even though we’ve set it to use something else, definitely do that. That’s handy. I love waking up to find out something is different for not reason. Change is great! I also like chewing on rocks. Big hard volcanic rocks. Hooray!
\nAnyway. Glad I can be of use to my parents. I feel bad that with all the health problems I can’t be more of a help because of my own problems. I’m more of a burden than a help mostly. But I guess we all just gotta help each other as much as we can.
\nBoth my mom and dad have have hospital\/doctor visits this week. Mom is still dealing with the heart stuff and also her eyes, I think she needs cataract surgery, but that’s complicated because of the heart issues ofcourse. And dad is still in a lot of pain and can barely move around. So I hope they’ll get some progress this week. Hoves crossed. If only there was a button in the settings that could fix your heart and take your pain away. Come on science, this is supposed to be the advanced future. You can fake a moon landing but you can’t fix a heart condition? What good are you to us?

\nGuess who got chastised for not social distancing in the supermarket today?
\nThis guy. I thought I was, but ok…
\nI was standing in line and the lady in front of me turned around and said “please keep your distance”.
\nI said “oh I am”.
\nTo wich she replied “No you’re not”.
\nI pointed to the space between us and said “Aaah..?”.
\nThe funny part is that it was her turn to move forward in the line. Had she just kept facing ahead instead of turning back towards me, she would have gone forward right away and there would have been no problem.
\nI felt a little better when she got to the cash register and started arguing with the cashier about something else and then said “And on’t forget to give me my free bonnus points”. These bonus points are given out by the cashier to everyone and they ask everyone if they want them. So yeah, that lady seemed like she was reeeal fun to hang around with.
\nHaha. Well, I don’t wanna judge. Maybe she was having a bad day. Or maybe she’d experienced not getting her bonus points in the past. It does happen sometimes to me that they don’t ask. I don’t know if it’s because I’m blindy or if it’s chasiers who know me and remember that I always say no when they ask if I want them. The other day the cashier asked me if she could give my points to someone else (it’s some kind of bonus thing that gets printed out along with your receipt if you want them). So of course I said yes to that and the lady ahead of me got double pints and everyone was happy.
\nAnyway. Being that I’m a bit blindy and since I forgot my measuring tape at home, perhaps the distance between us was not 100% correct. So I’m sorry, supermarket lady, if I was in err. And I hope you got your bonus points.

\nWell congratulations for the President for bravely conquering corona. So fast and easy. Why, it’s like he was never even sick at all. It went so fast that it was almost like a whole day only lasted 10 minutes, as the EXIF date attested to.
\nI guess he was right all along. The virus is no big deal and practically goes away on its own without any adverse effects. Therer really is no need to even care.
\nAnd the hundreds of thousands of dead people must be real losers. They should ashamed of themselves. I guess they just didn’t want to get better. It’s like Trump says about American soldiers who died in wars, they’re real losers. We prefer people who DON’T get killed or caught.
\nOf course it’s no surprise that Trump beat it so easily. We all know he’s in peak physicaly health. Definitely not obese, as his very creidble doctor attested to.
\nRemember that doctor? Lulz.
\nAnyway, glad we’ll get to see Trump back on the golf course, excelling at that physically demanding, athletic endurance test.

\nNow let’s get back to stripping health care from all the losers who don’t have the willpower and iron physique of our glorious leader. If you wanted to get better you’d pay for a helicopter ride to a state-of-the-art facility too, loser!
