Happy Mio Monday everyone.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/plume.dk\/pics\/albums\/uploads\/2014\/140527_mio2.jpg\"><img src=\"http:\/\/plume.dk\/pics\/albums\/uploads\/2014\/thumb_140527_mio2.jpg\" width=\"450\"\/><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/djaliplume\/posts\/10158359487583657\">12\/4 2021<\/a><br \/>\n&#8212;<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nHad a checkup at the eye doc today. No news is good news. Normally I go every 6 months to get checked, but last time it was at the height of the rona so I skipped an appointment. First time since the eye problems began that I&#8217;ve gone that long without being checked. But things are stable, so that&#8217;s good. In fact my sight test was a little improved, the doc said. I&#8217;ve been feeling like my vision has been a little worse. I think it&#8217;s just statistical divergence. Margin of error. But as long as things are stable, that&#8217;s what matters.  Talked a little to the doc about my experience. How fast it all went all of a sudden back then. I was incredibly close to going completely blind. It was pretty much pure luck that it didn&#8217;t happen. So I&#8217;m happy with the sight I do have. And the prognosis now is good. Meaning, for it not to get worse. For now at least. It&#8217;s one of the things that weighs heavy on my mind when I&#8217;m depressed. Knowing that I&#8217;ll never be able to see better. It&#8217;s only going to get worse in time, and that&#8217;s hard to live with sometimes.<br \/>\nBut stable for now, so that&#8217;s good.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/djaliplume\/posts\/10158359803093657\">12\/4 2021<\/a><br \/>\n&#8212;<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nBoth my parents are getting the vaccine today, so hopefully that will go well. I have bneen worrying about them a lot through all this, and hey it&#8217;s not like I&#8217;m going to stop worrying. But hopefully they won&#8217;t see any serious side effects to the vaxx.<br \/>\nNot sure when my turn will come. i&#8217;m pretty young, I&#8217;m not sure how much my pre-existing conditions will count for this. My dad said he had a sore arm, and the day after he got really tired, but he didn&#8217;t know if it was connected to the vaccine. But other than that it seems like it&#8217;s all good.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m not gonna lie, it&#8217;s a little scary when you hear about all the blood clot stuff right as your parents are getting the shots. Even as beyond numbers rare it is, it&#8217;s still hard not to worry.<br \/>\nBut then it&#8217;s hard not to worry in general.<br \/>\nLots of debate in Denmark these days. I haven&#8217;t really been paying super close attentino, but it sounds like we aren&#8217;t going to be using the AstraZeneca and J&amp;J vaccines here, although the medical guy said he wouldn&#8217;t hesitate to use them if our situation was more serious. Generally I think Denmark has done very well, and hopefully we are nearing the time when things can get back to some kind of normalcy.
