\nGood goat time today. Good golly miss holy moly. It got hot in herre. And out therre. And everywherre. Suddenly temperatures went way up. Upwards of 24C\/75F- That is like high summer temps for Denmark. Out of nowhere. And only for a couple of days, then we’ll get back to more normal springtime weather. But it was nice to get a taste of summer! A good deal of cloud coverage too, so it wasn’t baking sunshine. It was a bit humid though. As I mentioned we had some heavy thunderstorms last night. Lots of water on the ground. Thankfully it stayed dry. Great weather to just sit around with the goats and do nothing.
\nUnfortunately I wasn’t smart enough to realise that. So I did more rock work. Remember a while ago I moved that big boulder over to secure the wobbly platform? Well, I wanted a rock on the other side to make it absolutely rock solid (hold for applause and laughter) . I managed to get another rock out of the ground, maybe because the ground was so wet. It was another one that was so heavy that it was impossible to lift, and really hard just to get it rolled over to where I wanted it. And then I spent something like 20 minutes in the heat wrestling that thing trying to get it positioned right. Unfortunately it wasn’t quite tall enough. I didn’t manage to get it how I wanted it. But I had to quit eventually. So tired in the heat and I managed to crush a finger to the point of bleeding too. Oh well. I’ll work on it again another day, preferably a cooler one.
\nAnd other than that it was just mostly sitting around with the goats, with some fence visitors to entertain too. Pretty pretty good!
\nI’m going to be wrecked tomorrow tho.

\nTo be fair, I DID have a helper when I was wrestling The Rock. Sky did a great job supervising. I don’t know if you can really get a sense of how heavy that thing is just from the picture. Even if there were two of me we would not have been able to lift it off the ground.
\nOh and, the water line is back! I’m not sure if I’ve even mentioned it, but with all the construction work that’s been going on, they shut off the outside water faucet. I tried it today because my arms got super mudded up from rolling that rock around. And it worked. Huzzah. I was able to clean the mud off. AND bring a bucket of fresh water for the goats on this super hot day. Now if you’ll excuse me I have to go order some replacement arms at the Men-At-Arms store.

\nLook who stopped by today too! This is Nala, I have now confirmed. Little, sweet girl. She’s so cuddly. Jumped up on my lap and rubbed her head against my hand is just adorable.
\nI tried giving her some pear, since I had some with me today. She did not want any. She didn’t even seem to aknowledge it. I don’t know if she just doesn’t like it or if she’s not encountered the concept of humans giving treats before. The goats could teach her something.

\nrest in peace Johannes M\u00f8llehave. I loved him, growing up I always thought he was special and great to listen to it. He was a priest, among other things. I think if all religious people were like him, well the world would be in a much much better state. To me he’s like one of thos transcendental people, like Bob Ross or Attenborough or whatever, someone that you can’t help respecting and admiring and loving. N\u00e6stek\u00e6rlighed. Fantastic grasp of language and words and kindness and love and enthusiasm.
\nI don’t know if kids today even know him, he’s been out of the spotlight with poor health for a long time I think. But I always admired him.
