I knew she was ill but I had no idea it got this bad.<br \/>\nJust want to send my love to her family. She was one of my favourite people on here, one of the special ones in our goat circle. I know she was very loved. I still can&#8217;t believe it. It just seems so unfair.<br \/>\nI will miss you, Tanya. I was feeling really down because of the sad news yesterday, I realy just wanted to go to bed this morning and sleep all day. But that&#8217;s not what Tanya would have wanted. And I know being with  the goats is about the only thing that can make me feel better. So I forced myself to go, and I&#8217;m glad I did. Being with the goats is always good. I love goats, and goat people.<br \/>\nA nice warm day, and all the usual fun with the crew. Bleats and treats and berries and visitors.<br \/>\nAnd I finally found dreamcake in the supermarket afterwards, so I&#8217;m going to be self-medicating with that for dessert.<br \/>\nThank you everyone for the comments on the post yesterday. I&#8217;m really glad the morning guy is mindful of making sure she gets some too. She doesn&#8217;t get as much as the others usually, but she gets enough to be well fed enough and happy. She may be small but she&#8217;s still pretty chubby. A hot day. Above 20C\/68F, haven&#8217;t had many days like that yet this year. But it was a humid heat, borderline unpleasant.  You could tell too. Sassy took several breaks to go under the goat house and hang out in the cool down there. And we had birds using the goats&#8217; waterbucket as a birdbath. And of course lots of sitting around. The goats always sit down lazily when the sun shines, but you could tell today that they were panting in the heat. Mia almost shivering.<br \/>\nIt started raining when I was on my way home. It&#8217;s been very dry so I think the rain is a good thing.
