And for those of you who don’t like sports… there’s Magnethe in a bucket:<\/p>\n

It’s gotten late. I think I will just post some pictures. Maybe there will be room for some anecdotes too.<\/p>\n

It’s charming how they scurry around with the chickens. It’s a confused mess.<\/p>\n

Mads looking at the hatch. Deceptively sunny. It was bitterly cold though. So cold it was almost too much for me.<\/p>\n

A closer look. I like that picture. You should look at the fullsize version. Mads is a handsome goat.<\/p>\n

“What’s going on in here then?”. He did go outside. But soon came back.<\/p>\n

I like his beard. Goat beards are cool.<\/p>\n

Today was rather warmer. I sat on the bench, Mads stood next to me as he usually does. Then he started making those snorring sounds. Ooh, I thought. Maybe he’s going to have a little lie down. And he did.<\/p>\n

I think that’s the first time I have seen him lie down on the bench. I love sitting with him like that. Putting my arm around him. At first he sat down in the other direction, with his head against my body. That was so sweet. He wasn’t to comfy though, I think. He soon got up and moved about a little and then sat down in that direction. And then 10-15 minutes later he jumped off the bench and went for a hay bunch.<\/p>\n

I love how he looks when his legs are tugged in like that. Like a furry ball with a head on top. Hehe. He was very tired I think. As exhibited by the huuuuge yawn he made. Man I wish my camera had been on when he did it. It looked so funny. I have only seen him yawn a couple of times. This google search<\/a> might give you an idea of how it looked. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Magnethe has almost finished off the christmas tree.<\/p>\n

Remember I said my mom would be making soup soon? And then I didn’t mention it again. That’s because she didn’t end up making it. But on Sunday she will. And it’s snowing. Is there anything more perfect than a winter with snow and momma’s world famous soup? Good stuff.<\/p>\n
