I did not feel too well when I woke up today. A little down. But I managed to tear myself out of bed and I went and did some shopping. That helped my mood. It’s better for me when I get out a bit. When I have meetings like at TMU or furniture shopping with my dad. I love living alone and I love my appartment, but there is always the danger of isolation and “what’s the point” feelings. Getting out helps getting rid of those.<\/p>\n
Tomorrow I have the meeting at the playground. With the friendly Kurt and Paw. Friday the furniture will be delivered. Monday I have an appointment with the physio at TMU. So there is stuff to do. That’s good. Also I may be on the verge of securing myself a kitten. The wonderful Desir?e<\/a> has offered me kittens, and I think I’m close to accepting. My original thought was to get a cat from a shelter, because I would feel more comfortable with that. But these particular kittens will be put down if no one adopts them… Hard to say no then. And also if I do adopt one and then happen to mess it up completely, as my insecure fantasies threaten, then at least the kitten got a chance at life. Even if I turn out to be a horrible cat owner, at least it got more of a break than if I hadn’t adopted it. Even if I fail, at least I tried to do a good thing. Plus seeing a little kitten grow like that would be wonderful. It’ll be a couple of months before the kittens are ready to leave home. By then maybe I will feel up to the job! It’s exciting and scary, like all the best things are. We’ll see how it goes.<\/p>\n That’s all for today.
