Felt tired and lonely. I have been having problems getting out of bed lately. Always needing a little more time.. a little more time. If I’m not careful the day will be gone before I know it.

It’s not all bad, though. I digged up the goat on Lost. I miss Lost. February can’t come soon enough.

And then I made a tribute video for Vanilje. http://youtube.com/watch?v=XpvVEw-wDzA. It is only fair, after Mathilde, Mads and Magnethe all got one. Vanilje is so sweet and wonderful. Especially after she came back from her vacation at Kurt’s place in the beginning of the year. She came back and brought much life and energy and happiness. I love the way she runs around and jumps up on things. She is definitely a sweetie. The song is Bring The Light by the Smashing Pumpkins. It’s far from their best or classiest song. But I figured for Vanilje I’d pick an up-tempo number. She does bring the light.

I love seeing her from little newborn to now, how her face has developed with the dark lines. Make sure you watch it (if you decide to watch it, that is) to the (surprise) ending.

Remember how proud I was of my purchase of Spirited Away on DVD for only 30 kroners? I had a closer look today and found that it doesn’t have English audio! What the hell?! Why would they do that? It only has Danish and Japanese audio. It’s not a kiddy cartoon. I cannot stand when things are dubbed in Danish. I’m glad I don’t live in Germany where they dub everything. In Denmark we usually only dub children’s stuff. It always annoys me because there seems to be about 4-5 voice actors who are used for EVERYTHING. I can’t get past that. Luckily I think I will be able to watch the DVD with the Japanese audio and Danish subtitles and I think I will be able to stand that. Although I’d much prefer the English audio. I just don’t get why they wouldn’t include it, it’s not like they’d have to dub it themselves. The English audio has been done already. Why not include it? Maybe they’d have to pay for the rights. Maybe that’s how they could release it for 30 kroners…

Oh well. Life goes on.

It’s cold. I’m wearing my sweater. I really should turn on the heat. I’ve been freezing all day, and it’s not helping my mood. Rather it makes me want to curl up under the warm blanket. Under there I find safety and dreams that offer so much more than life could ever.

Must knock myself on the head to beat out those silly thoughts.

Tomorrow I shall go feed the animals. And they will bring the light.

Not the best of days today. Felt tired and lonely. I have been having problems getting out of bed lately.
