Today I fed the animals. It was much nicer than the last time, when I had the sickness and aching back. Today I felt fine.<\/p>\n
It wasn’t without complications, though. The horses were being quite frisky. They didn’t really feel like coming in when I was done feeding everybody. In fact they started galloping around. And Sille even jumped up and kicked with her two hind legs. Whoa. That was scary. She’s a big horse. Good thing I wasn’t close to her when she did it. A blow to the head with that force could probably kill a guy, I would not be surprised. When she did that I decided to take a little timeout. I went and closed the goat house and said goodbyes to them. And then I went and got a bucketful of wheat, which helped a lot with the horses. Although they still weren’t too keen on going inside. But I managed.<\/p>\n
More troubling, however, was the silence of the lambs. They didn’t baah when I unlocked the chain to the doors. Why? Because they were not there. I didn’t get a chance to talk to Kurt yesterday, but I think it’s fairly safe to assume that he has taken them back to his place. Which means no more Mini or Dotty. That makes me sad. They were so cute and sweet and funny. It always sucks when animals have to leave. I hope I will see them again some day. When the day comes when they will have lambs of their own, maybe they’ll come to the playground to raise them. I hope so. I will especially miss Mini, the tiniest little lamb I ever did see. In the end she wasn’t that small, she almost caught up with Dotty. But oh boy it always made me laugh how small she was<\/a> compared to her brother and the two others. And she always scrunched up like that. Sigh. I didn’t even get to say goodbye.<\/p>\n Oh and I forgot to say thank you to Corrie. She sent me more of my old junk. Haha. I sent her the weirdest things back in the day. See, she thought I was a trick made up by her friends. So I wanted to prove that I was real. How do you prove that you exist?
