Last night was no good. I stayed up too late watching Lord of the Rings. That’s my own fault of course. I figured I’d get myself some good sleep after that. But then the winds did howl and somewhere something started clapping. Some door or something. Every now and then it would slam shut in the wind. Keeping me awake. I wasn’t sure if it was something in my appartment or not. And it didn’t happen often enough for me to be able to go investigate. Eventually I closed my windows and the wind died down and I finally fell asleep. And then my cellphone decided to run out of power. And when it does that it alerts you with a little beep. So I had to get up and set it to recharge, otherwise it would’ve kept beeping every now and then.<\/p>\n

So by then my internal sleeping mechanism was all out of wack and I tossed and turned for the rest of the night, barely getting any sleep. No good.<\/p>\n

But the day was okay, nonetheless. Slept in a little late, naturally. Had my mother over for a visit. That was nice. Usually it’s my dad who comes over. But she wanted to see how the place was doing. <\/p>\n

Then I went and hung down with my goat peeps, yo. Like liquid goodness, it soothes my mind.<\/p>\n

Magnethe getting up with her front legs on my left side. You can’t really tell from the video but I’m scratching her on her neck\/front stomach. I kinda have to do that when she gets half up on the bench like that. If I don’t scratch her then she starts poking at me with her feet. That’s her “gimme food” signal. It’s cute and funny but it also gets a little bothersome to have a giant goat stabbing you over and over with her hooves. But then I just scratch her and she goes into bliss mode and swirls her head around and forgets everything else. The same tactic works with Mads. If he’s trying a little too hard to get into my bag or do something else naughty. A good scratch always stops them in their track.<\/p>\n

Also look out for the popup of Vanilje, sniffing at the camera. Much like Magnethe did in an earlier video. I love that, when the goat face suddenly pops up on the screen in massive closeup.<\/p>\n

You’ll also hear and see a boy who was there. He was talking to the goats, and to me too.<\/p>\n
