A piece of firework just went off outside my window. And I mean right outside, it must have been right out on the lawn in front of my block. And when I say fireworks, I really mean “bomb”. A bright light and a very, very loud explosion. If it had been any closer then I think my windows would have been blown out. I don’t hear any screams, so I guess everybody got clear. Or died in the blast.<\/p>\n
I’m sitting in front of the computer, facing the window. I damn near had a heartattack. Yesterday one of them flying rockets came straight at the window, I think it exploded right above my appartment, probably the space between the two stories. If it had hit a little lower, maybe it would have smashed through the window and hit my head? Yeah, I really am not a fan of fireworks.<\/p>\n
Also, my head has been hurting all day. Maybe I should put up a sign outside. “Please, do not explode deafening bombs due to headache”. Or something similiarly coherent.<\/p>\n
But I’ll survive. Assuming I don’t get blown up. Or my head doesn’t explode. Other than that, I don’t think there are any high risks.<\/p>\n
Now I’m going to go back to my comfy chair and watch the last episode of season 3 of Lost. Yup, then it’s all done. When did I get it? Thursday. So that’s a whole season in 4 days. Some might call that sad or unhealthy. I call it awesome<\/i>. Man, I do love that show. Like icecream on a summer’s day. Or goats on any day of the year. <\/p>\n
