Guess who I met today?<\/p>\n

I’ll give you a hint.<\/p>\n

Yes? Okay, a bigger hint:<\/p>\n

The kitty came back. Keeping an eye on things.<\/p>\n

So that was very nice. Came in handy, as I wasn’t feeling that great. I had been up early to watch Lost. Which is always good. But after that I got somewhat depressed. Much too early to go to the playground. I ended up in bed with nothing better than sleeping the day away on my mind. I know going to bed is always a bad idea when I feel down, it only makes me feel worse. Worse after the sleep. But the sleep is so good… anyway, my dad called around 11. He had to drop some things off and wanted to be sure I was home. He said he’d be there in an hour, so I wanted to be cosntructive and get up and go do some shopping before he came. I went to close the window. And there was the kitty. Sitting in my porchspace and looking up at me.<\/p>\n

A sweet sight. I opened the lower part of the door carefully, but it was still enough to spook the kitty. It ran behind the barrier to the neighbour’s porch. Which is what you see in the pictures above. Then I stepped out on the porchwalk to get a little closer, but kitty just ran a little farther away.<\/p>\n

To there. Now I know how it got up to me in the first place. The first time I saw it I figured it wouldn’t be able to jump up to me. But it can go up on the neighbour’s porch. They have a proper little porch\/veranda. And from there it can go to the porchspace and pass the barrier and get to my place.<\/p>\n

It didn’t want to come inside, it seemed. So eventually I did go and do some shopping. When I came back and opened the window\/door, kitty was still outside. But still did not want to come inside. And eventually it ran off. It’s obviously still a bit hesitant around people. But I’m just glad it’s still around. I was afraid I wouldn’t ever see it again. But now I can hope for more visits. <\/p>\n

Just seeing it made me happy. Happy enough that I didn’t want to sleep the day away. So after my dad had come and gone I went to the playground and spent some nice time with the goats.<\/p>\n

The kids were out on their own. They’re still small enough to get through the fence. I fed them some peapods, but I could hear Magnethe baahing in the background. I figured she wanted her babies back. So I took them with me into the pen. And everybody seemed pleased.<\/p>\n
