I am feeling somewhat better. At least my throat isn’t hurting anymore, so that’s good. Every now and then it tingles a bit and makes me cough. And I am still snotty like a brat with who gets too high an allowance. Also my metaphors are horrible, just horrible. And I’m tired. But I’m glad the throat is better. I’m sure tomorrow I’ll be all good. And full of crispy, yummy metaphors.<\/p>\n

While we wait for that, here are some pictures from Wednesday:<\/p>\n

Magnethe and Chokolade saying hello, through the fence. When goats think there are treats to be had then they also think that they can squeeze themselves through the tinniest of gaps. Tiny gaps, I mean. Not tinny. That thing about the camel through the keyhole? I am sure it was a goat originally.<\/p>\n

Chokolade and I. The girls are so beautiful, Lakrids and Chokolade. The photos don’t do them justice. You really have to sit down and be close to them to see how wonderful they are. They don’t jump all over me anymore, but every now and then I’ll grab them and sit them on my lap. They’re so big now that they’re impossible to hold down though, they just squirm out free and continue their merry frolicking. A good scratch will stop them, though. That’s a thing I have found to be true with all the goats I have met. If you scratch them the right place then they’ll forget everything they’re doing. Even eating. They’ll just stop and enjoy it.<\/p>\n

And there is photographic proof that the kids aren’t quite weaned yet. It’s a rare occasion though. And mama never let’s them drink for long. 30 seconds then she’ll walk away. That’s yer lot.<\/p>\n
