A Close Shave

May 31st, 2015

So. The big news is. I shaved my head today.

Here’s my Facebook post:

“So. Have you ever felt the need to do something crazy and stupid out of the blue?
I just did. I cut off my hair. All of it. Yup. No joking. And this isn’t just some weird Facebook rant. I shaved my head. Went full Britney Spears psycho.
It wasn’t completely out of the blue actually. I’ve been kinda thinking about it. Hair is annoying. And I felt like.. I needed something. To do something. It’s June tomorrow. And I need a new me. I can’t keep going like I have been.
It feels pretty liberating actually. Although it’s probably not a good look for me. If they need someone to play the corpse of Anakin Skywalker in the new Star Wars movie they should just call me up. Still, I wear my cap outside so hopefully it won’t be too bad. I’m going to need a little time to let it settle and see what I think. Maybe I’ll be investing in Brogaine soon.
I have often gotten compliments about my hair. Once at the hair salon an old man said “I wish I had your hair!”. But the truth is that it’s been thinning since I was a teenager. From some angles it looked like I had a full set of luxurious hair. But from others it looked like I had a bad comb-over. We’ll see if anything grows back at all.
Yup. Never let it not be said that I don’t do crazy things. I hope the goats will approve.”

So there. Nothing more to say! Go go goat photos.

Look at that! I just wanted to take a picture of the clouds. That bird must have flown past just as I snapped the shot.

And videos. First the eternal struggle of the goat kids.

And a goatlog with some really really wack goat circus stuff.

And a goatlog with some crazy Palle jumping

And that’s all for this week folks, see you in the next one.

Everyday Is Like Some Day

May 24th, 2015

A quiet week. Nothing new to report. Nothing interesting going on. Just some good goat times, walking around with the gang in the greens. Watching them enjoy it, and trying to keep them out of trouble. Waiting for the real summer. I think the forecast looks promising for June. I’m about ready for some real sunshine and better temperatures. Just hanging on.

And that’s all, really. So. Let’s go go goat photos.

Oh Popcorn, you’re too young for that. They grow too fast.

And a goatlog.

And that’s all for this week, folks. See you in the next one.
