Today’s update will be in real handwriting. Unless you have super eyesight you will have to click on it. If you want to read it anyway.
Pardon the handwriting, the mistakes and the slight melancholy.
I am not alone as long as I have you me.

tsk tsk. there’s plenty of people out there who’d love you back if you d just give them the chance you know. why does alone always have to equal lonely anyway, if you can’t allow yourself to accept love, at least you can still enjoy the freedom of being completely in control of yourself, not letting anyone else jerk your feelings around just by saying or being things, and not have to be responsible for other people s feelings in return and having to be stuff that you may or may not feel like being. eh?

Dear Plume and Luis,
I am so proud of you guys fighting your depression and not letting it get the best of you. Remember, you’ve got depression, but it doesn’t have you. I’ve posted in your previous diary and it seems we’re in the same boat mate. I was diagnosed severe depression 5 months ago and am now on anti-depressant medication. And Luis, be sure that the medication will help quite a lot, since you believe in its help so much! I’m feeling a lot better now, using the same methods as Luis, that is a reading (I can concentrate a lot better now), going for walks, swimming in the pool, playing with my dog and trying not to let myself get lost in regrets or feelings like that. I guess the medication is like a crutch for me, but then I have to do 80 % of the work myself. It’s important to understand that you are a very valuable human being, a real gem and let even the small things lift your soul up :) And being around animals is like balsam for the soul :)
I wish you both the best of luck! You’ll both be in my prayers ;)
