When The Whistle Blows
Nothing really going on these days. Just waiting, again.
I seem to be rid of the flu, at least. I am glad it has passed. What rotten timing it was, just as I was about to have the eye operation. It feels like someone pressed a big, red RESET button. I waited so long and was getting all nervous and excited and scared and it was almost there and oh so close and.. POOF. Like being sent home in Ludo. Starting all over again. Or so it feels. But we’ll get there eventually.
Meanwhile, here’s yet another video of Magnethe’s kids: youtube.com/watch?v=dGiuBM96i14. I can still count on them as a constant supply of fun.
Yup, that’s about all for now.

Glad to know you’re feeling better. Those goatzies sure are growing up fast. They look huge now. And they’re getting little horn buds already. Your babies are growing up!
We saw an eight-day-old baby donkey today. She’s mostly black with a bit of a white nose and white on her chest. She’s so cute. I don’t remember Snickers being that small. She was very friendly as well.
I had to tell my husband to: “Step away from the baby donkey”. She sure liked the ears scratches.
We call the place where Snickers’ mother lives, “The home of the friendly donkeys.” Snickers has been nicer lately. I think someone has switched donkeys on us. When they figure out they have the “wicked” Snickers, they’ll be bringing her back to us!

Debster – They grow up so fast, don’t they?! If only they stayed tiny forever.
Aw baby donkey sounds absolutely adorable. I still need to try to persuade the playground to get some little donkeys..
