Got in an hour and 10 minutes on the exercise bike. If I increase by 10 minutes every time then I’ll eventually end up doing.. one MILLION hours. Or something. I added the arm exercise this time. The bendy metal rod thing. PHew, just a couple of minutes of that thing while on the bike really gets the pulse going. I’m just slowly adding things and time, getting back into the swing of things. I’m not sure if I’m going to addthe snowpants again. I used to exercise literally wearing snowpants and plastic bags just to sauna myself into sweating. I’m not really concerned about losing weight this time, I just want to get in better shape after the partial lung collapse thing. I’d like to be able to walk up the stairs, or to the goats, without being totally out of breath.

Good goat times today. A beautiful day with lots of sunshine. Some light cloud coverage. And temperatures that were actually.. nice. Not the most sun we’ve had, but the warmest its felt. No frost on the ground today. Good enough for me to wear my new spring jacket for the first time. Just really lovely. And of course lots of lazy sitting around from the goats. In between some headbutting and snacks. Nice visitors too, enjoying the lovely day. A young boy came by a couple of times. He was with an somewhat older woman, didn’t seem like his mother. But they were talking a lot about the goats and they were excited to see ‘number 18’. Which one is number 18? Where’s number 18? And contrary to what most people say it wasn’t because they thought he was a horrible bandit. In fact it seemed like Milo was the boys favourite. Maybe because he’s a ‘little wild’. Milo, not the boy. Haha. Well it’s nice that Mmilo has some fans and not just people terrified by him.

T-SHIRT WEATHER! For the first time this year. Feels good man.

Haha. I couldn’t find a 1Q84 shirt so I had to get it printed, but the customization tool was a bit hard to use. I’m not completely satisfied with the result, I didn’t want the text to be that big and low. But alright, it’s a cheap shirt. Maybe I’ll get another one done later. Or maybe I won’t. Schrodinger’s shirt, you won’t know until I take it out of the box.
But super nice to be able to hang out in shirt and tatty pants.

Here’s my new spring jacket. Kinda got it in a size too big, but that’s ok I prefer too big clothes. I like it better than the new jacket I got after Nuller wrecked the old one. That one is more fuzzy and warmer. A fall jacket I guess. This one was nice today.

Good goat times today . I had kind of been planning to go to bed early in the morning and sleep all day because I was tired and sad. But then I looked at the weather forecast. 14C/57F and sunny. With temperatures steadily dropping next week. So I said to myself I said I gotta take advantage of the day and get a beautiful springtime with the goats. And so I did. And of course, I never regret seeing the goats. It’s always worth it. It always makes me feel better. And on a beautiful sunny day like today it is just lovely. Lots of sitting around doing very little. Goat yawns and blue skies. Lying back with my head on Mia, listening to her snoring. It’s so good.
Nice visitors too. The old lady with the impaired man came by while I was sitting up on the pallet mountain with Mia. She asked, why is she moving her head back and forth like that? And I told her it was because I was rubbing her back paw and she loves it. I love rubbing their hooves and finding the spot that makes them move their head around like that.
The boy who liked the ‘wild number 18’ came by again, with the older girl. The girl’s name is Kimmie and I think his name is Max. Or Mark. I think Max though. He was having a good time giving names to the goats. Although he wasn’t super creative about it. There was ‘unknovn-1’ and ‘unknown-2’. And one goat was inside the goat house and should therefore be called Inside. And one goat hopped off the tub and should therefore be called ‘Hop’. Haha. I think Milo was named Liam, though. So that’s something. I didn’t have the heart to tell him they already have names. But if he keeps coming around to see the goats I’m sure it will come up some time. They came back just when it was time for me to leave and so I spent a little time on the outside of the fence with them. And when I gave pasta to the goats he wanted to do it too, so I gave him a few wheels and he very carefully fed a couple of the goats. And then got another couple of pasta wheels that he wanted to save for later to give them another time. He had several outbursts too like ‘He’s tickling him!’ when I was rubbing Nuller’s hoof. And I think there was a ‘HE’S POOPING’ outburst too. He seems like a good kid. I wonder why he’s not in school though, I think he’s old enough to be a schoolkid. I kinda go the idea, and it’s completely not based on anything I observed about him, that maybe he was some kind of troubled kid, someone not fitting into the school system or whatever, you know? And the girl was some kind of tutor or guardian or whatever. I’m not completely sure how old she is, but he called her by her first name so I don’t think she could be his mother. Could be a sister or friend I suppose, but I got the impression she was sort of taking him around and doing stuff with him… almost like the old lady kind of seems like she’s taking the impaired man around.
Anyway, that’s all just speculation. I think whether you’re old and impaired or young and troubled or copletely normal or a scruffy looking anxiety-riden half-blind weirdo, being around animals is really good for you. And that’s why it’s great that we have these kinds of ‘nature playgrounds’, with animals and adults that can help people get to know them. And maybe a weirdo that can help them get closeup time with the goats.
A theoretical weirdo of course, no one in particular, pay no attention to me, I’ve said too much.

Daylight savings change today in Denmark. So I lost an hour. And unfortunately purely by chance the hour that I lost was the one when I was going to exercise, darn what bad luck. Oh well. I don’t make the rules I just try to break them.
