Ho Ho Holy Sh..
I’m not much in the mood for writing. I don’t know why. I’m writing an entry about the christmas party, but I guess it can wait for tomorrow. Instead here’s a little something I pre-cooked earlier:
I’m listening to my recording of the Tina Dickow concert I went to last month. It actually turned out good! I am moderately surprised. I guess it payed off that I bought new microphones for my minidisc. This is a decent recording. There’s a lot of crowd noise, but that’s the nightclub setting’s fault, not the recording’s. I had some problems with the batteries too, which messed up part of the encore I think. So it’s by no means perfect. But it’s listenable. And for a beginner I think it’s okay.
I’m a taper, haha. I have always wanted to be a taper, ever since the first time I listened to a Smashing Pumpkins concert from 1988, alive forever because someone taped it.
It makes me want to go to more concerts so I can practice my taping. Too bad it’s christmas, there’s nothing to go to.
Put it in the oven and let it heat for 45 minutes and you have yourself a half-baked entry.
