Do We ‘ave a Video?!
Not much today.
But videos. Youtubed for your vieweing pleasure.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=ZVxPwxTxJgU. That is a fun one. Vanilje and Kulle are getting each other riled up. With a fence between them. Vanilje is really getting excited, running around and jumping. Even jumping up on Magnethe when she gets in the way. I don’t think I have ever seen Vanilje like that before. I guarantee you will be smiling if you watch this video.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=A9uH8s9bbFU. Now this is odd. This is Mads taking a bite out of Sille, the horse. Heh. He actually took a couple of bites before I got the camera on him. And Sille? She doesn’t even notice it. He was chewing on her fur and she didn’t even move an inch. Odd. Very short video.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=kq6nxuzhtTw. A lady and her daughter comes to the fence to see the goats. And the goats go to see them. Mads having first priority of course.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=-lEoI5pOYjs. Good lamb action. First some sweet baahs from Kridte. And then priceless jumping from Kulle. Their mother is calling for them to come get some milk. And when that happens they just can’t control themselves. Just look at Kulle springing into the air. He’d get there faster if he just ran in a straight line but he just can’t help bouncing. I love it.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=4CKWZP3E748. This is a boring video. Of Mads. Nothing much happens. I’m feeding him hay. Then he goes to the bucket in the corner and drinks some water. Then he goes to the hatch and watches the rain falling outside. And that’s it. Booring. But I love Mads and I love the sound of a goat munching on hay. And it is peaceful. That makes it all worthwile.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=3u_0RSY4YfE. This is a bit of a continuation of the last one. Mads watching the rain fall through the hatch door. And he does a little girly baah too.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=3tCsOCeWvP0. Finally a video of Yvonne, Miss Piggy. She was up and walking a little, so that was good. But she’s still not doing well and her time is running out. So I figured I had to let you guys see a video of her while there’s still time. They have a quite yellow light bulb in there, she’s not really that sickly yellow.
That’s all. I hope you’ll check one or two out. It’s youtube so it’s fast and easy. Just a click away.
Also if you want to add me on myspace I am “djaliplume”. I rarely use it though. But I got an invitation from a “Corrie”. I know a Corrie. Since I am already signed up to Myspace I can’t use the invitation email to sign up and I can’t see who sent it. So I don’t know if it’s the “real” Corrie or if it’s some spam. I am in desperate need of replenishing my viagra supply though, so either would be fine.

Leaping little lambs and dizzy goats! I would have gotten back to you sooner, but I had to go spend time in our barn and listen to our two goats eat hay and drink water. (Danish goats and Iowan goats eat in the same language, btw.)
I was running back and forth outside their pen so they run with me. John Boy stood up on his hind legs and did a little dance then jumped up on one of the spools, leaped high into the air, kicked, and did a wonderful dismount. I think they were gymnists in their previous lives.

Deb – I should do some running with Mads. I could use the excersise. Mads couldn’t of course. He’s perfectly fit, according to himself. But maybe he’d humour me.
Sometimes he does some rather spectacular jumps when he gets up on the bench next to me. Because there’s mud around the bench, so he’ll often jump from quite a distance. And then he’ll land on the bench and slide towards me, and I’ll think “ooh he’s crashing into me now” but he always manages to stop. Maybe gymnasts were goats in their former lives.
