Choko And Lakrids Went Up The Hill

Don’t worry. The laundry went just fine. I don’t know where that old wive’s tales about missing socks came from. I have never lost a sock in all the times I have done laundry.

(Famous last words).

Also, every time I want to type “laundry” I end up typing “laundtry”. Even just now, in that sentence.

I proclaim it to be summer. I’m going to have to start running the ventilators soon. It is very hot and sunny.

I recieved a phone call from Bodil today. She got my number from the playground staff. You might remember that she wanted to help me with the kitty search. She knows a lady. And now she had found the information needed. And passed it to me. I do think I’ll wait till after the Greenland trip, though. We’ll see.

Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aP9lwfoxDCk. As I have said before, one of my favourite things is when the goats just start running around for no apparent reason. There’s a lot of that going on in this video. On top of the hill. There is also a little playfighting between the kids. And some human kids. And crazy goats running around the hill. Good times.

Vanilje acts like one of the goatzie girls. She is so full of energy and keeps right up with the kids.

Our goats would love having a little hill like that to climb. What fun!

Kitties! Nothing says you couldn’t visit that lady ahead of the Greenland trip. Give you some practice with talking to her. Then when you decided to get a kitty, you’d already know her a bit and where she lives.

She might have some good kitty kat advice for you to know about before you get a kitten, like a good vet, what she feeds them, vaccines, etc. Maybe Bodil could come along when you visit so it wouldn’t be so stressful.

Bodil would probably be happy to be asked to help you. Have her take an allergy pill before she visits the kitties!

Debster – Indeed. I love how she gets all riled up and runs around with the lil ones. I think she forgets she’s a big, adult goat. She’s still a little girl at heart.
I will definitely do some kitty research before Greenland trip. Can’t hurt to be prepared. Or to play with some kittens either!
I wonder if Lulu will need allergy pills too!?
