Quantum Of Sugar

It done. I am getting myself an exercise bike. I ordered it this morning. Then I went out and did some proper shopping. When I came back home there was an email from the fitness store. It said that they had tried to call me and could I please call them back? So I did. They just wanted to make sure that there would be someone home tomorrow to accept the delivery. And I assured them that I would be there. And so tomorrow I’ll have an exercise bike. Imagine that. Lazy old Plume getting an exercise bike. Let’s hope I can make good use of it. I am quite motivated. It should be good yes.

I am feeling a lot better today than I was yesterday. Yesterday was no good. Spent most of the day in bed. Slept a lot. Felt depressed. And then because I slept so much during the day I could barely sleep at night, lots of tossing and turning. No fun. But today my spirits are up, so that’s okay.

As you may have seen in the previous entry I have also started work on a christmas card. I was hoping to do a big, elaborate thing. With lots of pictures from the playground, maybe some special ones like when the goats had santa hats on. If you remember those. But the diabetes thing has left me with little time and energy for that. I don’t think I’d get it done in time if I tried. So I’m doing it a little simpler. Sort of “half-homemade” cards. Through an online photostore. So there will be a nice, sweet playground picture but I’m not going to print it myself or make some big, complicated thing. I hope ya’ll will like it anyway. And please do send me your address if you want one. You don’t even have to know me really, I love spreading christmas joy. So come one come all. Address mailto: “djaliplumeXXX (a) yahoo (dot) com” minus XXX. Hopefully it’ll all be done in time and not suck too much.

Because of the badness yesterday I didn’t get to post the couple of pictures I had left over from feeding the animals on Saturday. So here they are now.

sheeps

The sheeps were lying down and enjoying themselves. No lambs. I remember quite a while ago, when the black one first arrived, Sigrid told me that Kurt wasn’t sure if they were pregnant. I guess they were not, or there would have been lambs by now. Most likely. But they are still jolly nice sheep.

buck

And the buck was happy to see me. And the carrot in my pocket.

vaniljemagnethe

As were the sisters of course. I’m sure they are relieved that they’re not going to have to suffer through another santa hat photoshoot! Maybe next year girls, maybe next year.

What? We don’t get to wear Santa hats? Baaaaaa!

They breed our sheeps around here to lamb about Feb or March. Same with goat babies.

  2. Plume Says:

Completely unrelated but can I come visit in oh let’s say Feb or March? Hmmm? Well, in my dreams anyway.s
