Downside Up

Things are a little up and down. My right eye is slowly improving. There is still a big pool of blood flowing around. But I can see more through it now. Colours even. But it’s not good. If I had to rely on it alone then I’d be pretty much blind. And unfortunately my left eye is really bad. All in all my eyesight is the worst it’s ever been. There are websites now that I just have to stop visiting, because I can’t read the text anymore. But I just have to try to stay positive. I knew that after the operation there would be some time where my eyesight would be really bad. So now I just have to get through it and keep believing that with time my eyesight will come back. It could be up to 3 months and it’s been less than a week, so there is still hope for me to hang on to. And if I have to stop using the computer for a while then I will survive that. there are plenty of people worse off than me, so keep yer chin up and all that.
I will try to keep blogging as long as I can of course. They will have to drag me kicking and screaming.

hang in there! The surgery sounds pretty invasive, no wonder it takes time to get back to “normal”, let alone get better! Give it time, and try to stay positive-deal with one day at the time. *positive vibes going your way*

*HUGS*
You have the right attitude, but life right after surgery does suck (gosh, I know) so I know it might be difficult to keep your chin up sometimes. Still, a lot of people care about you and are hoping you get as better as possible as soon as possible. :)

katrine – Yup, that’s all I can do anyway. Wait and see. Hopefully see as much as possible.
Valja – I’m doing my best. And you nice people sure do help a lot. I don’t know what I’d do without the blog
