Socker

It was time for another checkup at the hospital today.

It went quite well. Most importantly it looks like I’ll get to keep my right eye. Hopefully. The pressure in it is still a little too high, but manageable. So that’s good. We’re going to scale back the drugs a little now and see if it still goes well. Maybe I can get rid of the dizziness then. But we’ll see how that all goes. Another checkup in a week. Tomorrow I have foot therapy. And Thursday cane training. If we manage to not cancel it finally.

I miss summer already. It is too cold now. But that’s the least of my worries anyway.

Glad to hear you had some positive news at your check-up. Hope you are able to cut back on the medicine that makes you dizzy.

Yes, it is cooler here, too. We have two outside projects that are just about done, but the rain keeps coming every day or so. Drat!

The goatzies and donkey seem to enjoy the cooler weather. They are filling up on the apples that have dropped from the tree. Love them apples!

The kitties are sure growing. They are only 3 months old, but from a distance are starting to look as big as their mama. We put some straw in the barn for everyone and the kitties have had fun exploring thru the straw.

Debster – So is it hard to find a kitten in a haystack?
I know it’s not hard to find a goat in a haystack. You just wait until the goat has eaten all the hay.

Wasn’t as hard to find a kitten as it is to find a needle in a haystack! Those kittens burrow into the straw and then jump up out of it.

Indie, the gray striped kitty, was feeling brave tonight. He tried to play with the hay that was dangling from Snickers mouth!

Snickers just looked at him, continued eating her hay, and lifted her head up so he couldn’t get to the hay. Silly cat!
