Dharmatologists In The Mainframe

It’s December 1st! Merry christmas everybody!

I am thrilled that the snow is still here. Four days it has lasted. The night after it fell I heard trickling water and assumed the snow would be wiped away. But no, it’s still here. Okay, it’s not perfect snow. It’s a mixture of sleet, slush, ice and snow. Or are those synonyms? Anyway, it still looks pretty and it still crunches under my feet. And that makes me happy.

It makes the playground even more enjoyable too. Take something wonderful, and then make it pretty. What do you have? You have something pretty wonderful.

Had a little bad experience at work today, though. A phobia attack. We’re supposed to make some decorations for our christmas party. On the 20th. We’re going to make some hearts with pictures of staff in the center. So I have to go around and take pictures of people with my camera. I could feel that boiling inside. Going around and asking strangers if I could take their picture, that is not easy. Especially since I wasn’t supposed to say that it was for the christmas party. I did anyway, most of the time. It went okay, but it almost made me cry when I was sitting down thinking about it, before I did it. I felt like going home. Running. I guess I should be glad that I didn’t.

Oh and I did get to take a picture of a really cute girl that works in the bar. Haha, I had an excuse yes. “It’s for our christmas party, really. I’m not being creepy”. Speaking of cute bargirls, THE cute bargirl that I had a crush on hasn’t been around for a long, long time. I think she has stopped. Too bad. I must find someone else to have a crush on. Much better to pine from afar than to actually approach a girl.

Finish off with pictures from the playground.

the buck

The Buck. It’s hard to get a good picture of him, his head is too dark. And it’s gloomy scandinavian winter now.

a geeser

A goose loose.

Mads the mad goat

Mads is always photogenic.

Mathilde with a lifted leg

I told you about this. Even with a tall fence between us, Mathilde still tries to poke me.

The Prince sucks a finger

The Prince. Eating my finger, still. Did I say how that started? I read that raisins were good treats for goats. So I gave them some. Then I went and said hello to the Prince, with sticky raisin fingers. And he was licking at them and chewing on them. So I tried slipping him a raisin. And he loved it.

more fingersucking

One of them was chewing on my finger today too! How cute. It’s funny to see them grow. You can tell how they get more confident. They don’t run away anymore when you approach them carefully.

fingerlicking good

And one of them even dared to eat a raisin from my hand. And then consequently started chewing on my fingers to get more. Hehe.

Magnethe on ice

Magnethe was eating ice! Funny. She was chewing away at it. Just a block of frozen ice from on top of the fence. Mads and Mathilde didn’t even give it a second look, but for some reason Magnethe liked to chew on it. That’s my girl. Ice is nice, although I prefer it in drinks.

A princely heart

The Prince. Extremely cuddly. Even though he’s only about a week older than the twins he’s still much bigger. A big lambie. And you can recognise him by those kind of dark hairs on top of his head. A mini afro. Almost.

The bus driver was wearing a santa hat today.

Yes, it's hard to be a nisse

Yes, it’s hard to be a nisse, mand. Festive.

So that’s it. You might also want to check out my post in go_go_goats. It has Mads, the cuddlebug. And me.

That’s it.
