The Moon Lambing: Greatest Hoax In Human History?

and if you believe they put a lamb on the moon

lambies

A lambly lamb-lamb.

lambies

Lambely doodah, lambely day.

lambies

A la la lamb lah.

lambies

I have got lambs on my brain.

lambies

And in my hands.

lambies

They’re still not too sure what kind of odd sheep I am. I hardly ever go “baaaah” and I have no fur and I don’t go around and poop everywhere.

lambies

But I’ll win them over.

Meanwhile, Mads isn’t the only one who is jealous.

Magnethe misses me too, even though I’m just behind a thin wooden board. This time I did make sure to go in and spend time with the goats first. Just to reassure them that they are still Plume’s Number One Love. But I don’t think goats have a very evolved sense of sharing. They want it all for themselves. That doesn’t make me love them less though. Quite the contrary.

But let me rave a little more about the lambs anyway.

xx

People kept coming by to see them. A dad lifted his boy down so he could stand there. It’s always sweet how little kids love the animals.

lambies

Seeing eye to eye.

That is Fregne’s boy. He sat down in the corner there, next to the bucket. With the hay high around him. I had to lift my camera way up high to even spot him. He’s going to be awesome at playing hide and seek, you can just tell.

lambies

Although all the shining cuteness makes it hard to hide for long.

lambies

It’s still kind of hard to tell them apart. I think Fregne’s boy is a bit darker around the nose and ears. One of the girls are smaller than the others. Kurt called her Mini, but that was just a spur of the moment nickname. They are not named yet. Kurt said that he tried to bottle feed Mini with some growth hormone extra supplement doodahmajiggery but she wouldn’t have none of that. No bottle for her. A mind of her own.

Oh and one of them has a little spot of dark hair on the tummy. How cute. You can see it here. I’m not sure if it’s the boy or one of the girls. We should call it Spotty or something like that. Only the spot is going to disappear when it grows. At first I thought it was a chalk spot or something, maybe to tell them apart. I don’t recall seeing a white lamb with black spots before. Heeh.

Okay. Maybe I have gotten them all out of my system now. I will try to restrain myself when it comes to posting lamb pictures from now on. I make no promises though. You know me.

Tomorrow: lamb videos. I said I’d restrain myself with the pictures. Not the videos. Plus, boring, serious stuff. Maybe.
