Eye To Eye
Oh dreary, deary dear. I am still not feeling too well. Not sleeping well at night. At least it got a little better last night. But still not good.
I have also had vivid dreams and bad thoughts, which all sounds like I have stopped taking my meds again. But the med situation is just fine, so that’s not it.
Anyway, I will survive. I am lucky that they are so considerate at TMU. It’s no problem for me to leave early if I can’t manage things. And it’s hard to manage things when you’re walking around like a zombie and are hardly able to keep your eyes open.
There was another fishing trip today. Nobody had told me. Not that I would have been up for going anyway. But according to Trine they had all gotten bitten by fishing and decided to take another trip. Good for them. I got to talk to Mogens too, the computer teacher. You might remember I’m supposed to look at their website. It’s going well. We have managed to get their password and I have managed to get into their system. So now they can write up some text to replace the stuff on their site and I’ll update it. Not the design, I’m not good enough to do that stuff. But the text I can do. There are some factual inacuracies on their site so they are rather happy to be able to get it updated. Mogens said that of course they could have paid some company to do it but he figured he’d wait and sooner or later there would be a student who could do it for them. And here I am. I find it rather surprising that I’m the first one to be able to do some simple html editing like that. But score one for me, everyone is very appreciative which is good for my confidence. It’s always good to feel needed. And Mogens is another one of those very nice persons by the way. Smiling and easy to approach. I like him. There are a lot of good people at TMU.
I talked to Trine about the playground. We have decided that we will get in touch with them soon. Talk about the possibilities of me getting a skånejob there. Maybe hold a meeting or do it over the phone. I will cross my fingers. I would like that very much. Taking care of the animals for a living. That’d be great. It won’t be a fancy, high-paid, prestigious living. But it’s a living. And happiness to boot.
And to round things off here is a goat:
Vanilje. The weather is warm. Almost unbearably so at times. At least for this pale human Plume. It’s always good to have a bucket of water close.
And now sleep, please?
PS. I forgot to mention that Tuesday was the 2 year anniversary of my first blog entry on plume.dk. Crazy how time flies. Seems like only yesterday I was struggling with diaryland and free image hosts. Yesterday in a distant haze.

My dear danish goat boy, is it time to call the doctor about you not sleeping? If a goat can’t sleep, it makes him feel bad all day.
Good to hear you could fix their computer problems. Mogens sounds like a cool guy. He was just waiting for you to show up at TMU to take care of things. That would be great if you could work at the playground. *Fingers crossed for you* The goats would put in a good word for you, I’m sure.

Debster – I think it’s getting better. Bit by bit. But if it’s not better by Monday then you’re probably right.
If only there was some way to bribe the goats to put in a good word for me. If only I had something they wanted. If only. Too bad. Oh well, I better throw these raisins and nuts out, I don’t have any use for them. But I’ll go think.

So sorry to hear you have not been yourself. No sleep can make for evil thoughts. Usually by the 2nd night of bad sleep I am ready to zonk out. I hope the weather gives you a break. Is it warm at night too? Take care and happy zzzzzzz’s.

I’m pregnant again!
*smiles*
Sorry I missed your birthday – I even have a pressie for you, but it’s still in a box in the garage. Unfortunately, it’s not a commodore64 Adam’s had died a death – must have been the 10 or so years in the attic. But I shall keep my eyes open for one. And when we get through all the boxes in the shed, I shall send you your present. Promise;)
Hugs.

Debster – I was going to make a sadface and tell you that the pictures hadn’t arrived, but then I decided to check my bulk email folder and there they were amongst other such delights as “Delta Airlines Miles for FREE! “, “12 case Soda free for djaliplume”, “lunatic bigamist” and “Bad credit? … APPROVALS for Women”. Good company!
