Collage By Colgate
Nowt much today. Just wanted to say that if you want to know what’s going on with Gabby and B.J. the goats then you should head on over to Laura’s livejournal. What a sweet entry. You’ll see I left a comment saying that I felt like making a collage of Magnethe’s upgrowingness. And I have put my money where my mouth is..
You’ll have to click on it to see it fullsize. It’s nothing great. Just quickly thrown together. Especially the big picture is all blocky and resized. But it’s still sweet. I printed it out on glossy paper and hung it on me wall. Maybe some day I’ll spend some more time and make proper collages of all the goats. I’d like that. Maybe when I get my own place I will plaster the walls with hundreds of goat pictures. Don’t think I’m not crazy enough to do that.
My mother has gone off to a wedding. Apparently it’s an all-nighter, she won’t be home till tomorrow. Did you know that my parents aren’t married? It’s true. I don’t know what that says about anything, and I don’t want to speculate as long as I don’t have my therapist around.
And that’s all for today. A hardy baah to you all.

What a beautiful collage of Magnethe, she was such a sweet little baby goatzie. Is there a collage of Mads in the works?
Mmmm…an all-night wedding. Never been to one of them, you’ll have to question your Mom on the details. Did you ever ask your parents about why they never married?
Here in the states, if you live with someone long enough and file income taxes together, you’re considered in a “common law”marriage for a man and a woman (it may be a little more complicated than that, but that’s the short story of it).

What a very nice collage! I’m sure if she show it to her she’ll either be very happy or eat it. As for the marriage, in the end it doesn’t matter at all just as long as the two people are happy.
We’ve only got X amount of time on earth. I think all people deserve to be happy–and that includes animals, too.
Note: my gardener likes to leave little fresh fruit slices for the lizard. He has his wife cut up slices and then he brings them for the lizard to munch on. Though the lizard is shy around me and I to it, he seems to like the gardener more.
I like that…just like the goats when they come up to you.
Such joy in the simple things that happen around us everyday of the year.

Debster – She was the cutest little thing! I still remember the first time I saw her, standing there in the door. I didn’t even know Mathilde was pregnant. I was totally surprised by that little brown wonderful goat. There could very well be a Mads collage in the future!
I think the reason my mother had to stay overnight was because the busses don’t go that late. Or maybe the wedding was just one big party all night long. Sounds fun. I have never talked with my parents about why they weren’t married. It doesn’t matter so much now anyway. I think there’s something similar to the common law marriage in Denmark. I don’t know much about these things.
Luis Lemmings – I bet she’d love to eat it with much joy! Hehe. You are right about the marriage. The thing is, I’m not sure how much of the love is/was there. But let bygones be bygones.
Your gardener sounds like a nice guy. How goes the photography? Maybe there’s a lizard collage in the future.

Luis Lemmings: *chants* LIZARD COLLAGE, LIZARD COLLAGE, LIZARD COLLAGE!
