Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants
I am the king of all I see
my kingdom for a voice
Today I was crippled. Emotionally. Unable to leave my bed for half the day. Feeling like everything was going to make me cry. Thinking about how to best kill myself. In other words, a cheery day for sure.
I’m feeling better now. Although not in the mood to write. A long shower helped. Tomorrow I’m going to TMU and after that I’m going to see the goats. That will make me happy.

Oh no!
I’m glad you’re better. Take it easy, and don’t worry too much.

Remember, you have these “ups & downs”. “This too shall pass.” Do some things that make you feel good, even if you don’t feel like doing them. Debster’s orders!
I myself have been feeling sooooo tired lately. I go thru these “ups & downs” as well where I have no energy and feel blah.
Take Stu’s advice, you’ll be okay soon.

I know how you feel especially when you’re on medication. My doctor finally approved my refill of lexapro three days ago. I was worried that for some reason he wouldn’t–that was silly of me to think so negatively.
But follow everyone’s advice here and just ride it out. They’re only feelings, not reality.
Everyone has those difficult times. Some people have them more intense, like us, then most, but still those feelings are awful to have.
They will go away. In a few days, you’ll be back on track.

Big hugs, dear Plume!
I think I know how you feel, because moving to a new place is always a pretty emotionally draining experience at first, even though we don’t like to admit that, but just like everyone here said, you will feel better soon. I moved to a new flat this year and it was kinda overwheming at first, all I saw was boxes, no internet, renovations all around. Little by little it truly became my home. Don’t forget to give yourself credit, you did an awesome job so far!
Sending good vibes your way :)

Stu – Taking it easy is my favourite thing to do.
Debster – No wonder you have ups and downs, with those tall ladders! Getting out today and seeing people and goats helped a lot. Doing much better.
LuisLemmings – I think I’m back on track already. Let’s hope the ride keeps going up for a while.
Milla – Big hug! Thank you for the good vibes and the credits. With you guys I’m strong.
