While My Blog Gently Weeps
Resting and goats, that’s good for what ails ya. I am still quite tired.
Mads and the buck, in a quiet moment. They clashed a couple of times while I was there today.
Per came to me while I was saying hello to Gertrude, and he asked if I’d been taking any pictures lately. “A few” I said, with the understatement of the year. I take a ton of pictures everytime I’m at the playground of course. But he said that they were thinking that they’d like some new stuff to look at. You’ll remember that they asked me to make an exhibition a while ago. And I guess they must have liked it, since they want a new one now. Nice. He said they’d pay me for the copies, but I would have none of that. I’m just happy that they like my pictures and that I get to show them off. It’s a really nice thought, the kids and visitors coming and seeing them and hopefully enjoying them.
I’ll start the selection process soon. This time I’ll aim to keep it under 50. It’ll be hard, but I’ll try. Haha.
Other than that, nowt going on. I woke up early to the sound of machines outside, but fortunately the noise didn’t last long and I was able to get some more sleep, before heading off to see the goats.
Oh and the trip to Greenland with my family has been tentavily scheduled for November next year. So it’s a while away, but something to look forward to.
Also I have started work on a little christmas surprise for you guyses. If it works out okay then it should be quite funny and sweet I think. I’ll give you a hint: it involves goats. I know, I know. You’d never have expected that! But just you wait and see.

Isn’t that interesting? I was just thinking about your playground pictures and wondering if it was time for an updated collection to be displayed. (I had to look thru your last collection. How are you going to top “smiling baby lambies”?) They are sooo cute.
Goats? Christmas surprises? Sounds good to me.

I like surprises, too!
The last time I had a “surprise” I went to a recent birthday party for a friend and was served some Thai food.
I didn’t know my lower, large intestines looked so pink and wet as it fell between out my legs as my stomach tried to expel the food.
Surprise!!

I’m sorry everyone.
That last entry was disgusting even for me.
Think flowers, puppies, and rainbows.

Didn’t work LuisLemmings. I’m still getting a mental picture of your first reply. Yuck! What is it with guys and yucky disgusting comments?
Think FLOWERS, PUPPIES, RAINBOWS, . . . LIONS AND TIGERS AND BEARS, OH NO! LION, AND TIGERS, AND BEARS . . .
On a serious note: It’s SNOWING here. And depending on which forecast I look at it is between 1-2 inches or 2-5 inches.
Took the goats out for a little walk in the snow. Frankie did not like the snow in his face at all. Everyone was ready to run back to the barn and eat large quantities of hay and drink water from their electric “no-ice” water bucket.
I combed everyone’s hair out and then they fluffed. They are sure well insulated with that hair. I would like to be able to “fluff” like they do. It’s like when a dog shakes when it’s wet, only the goats hair makes a “fluffy” noise like little bird wings.
Plume, you can probably described the “fluffing” noise better than I can to LuisLemmings. I love listening to them when they do that.

Debster – You are in fine tune with the world, I think. And I think it will be hard to top the last collection. There are so many shots that are dear to me. But maybe I can dig up some lambs for the next one…
LuisLemmings – Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear! That was.. graphic! Haha. You don’t have to apologize for my benefit though, I can take it. Just keep your voice down when Debster’s around!
Debster – Snow! You lucky snowmobile, you. I wish you could take me out for a walk in the snow, I’d jump around excitedly and try to catch snowflakes on my nose.
You could comb my hair too, even. I’d make a good goat, I think. Except I’d have to practice my fluffing. Maybe putting on a sweater, would be easier though..
