Grillo-Marxuach:
I am almost back to normal. A rare cough every now and then. But other than that I am okay.
Just in time for the laundry. I had booked the laundry room this morning. Wasn’t sure if I’d be up for it. But I was. And it was fine. The weather was very cooperative as well. Nice and sunny. Until 15 minutes after I had brought the finished laundry home. Then the rain started. Good timing.
Other than that there is not much as it ever was.

Good, I’m glad to hear you are getting better. Coughs are nasty lingering things. Just when you think you’re better, it’s: cough, cough, cough!
It was HOT today. We were working outside for awhile, then inside one of Ye Olde Houses near the church we had been working on. We’re just about done with the church, just have to re-hang the freshly painted 12 foot long shutters.
I think we might get a thunderstorm tonight. I usually wake up, look at the clock, and go right back to sleep!
Speaking of laundry, I think I need to put some in the dryer. Haven’t lost any socks lately. How about you?

Dude, that’s a lot of soda. I hope you’re brushing your fangs.
I heard it eats through your teeth like acid. I’m always brushing my fangs.
I’m glad you’re slowly getting better. Coughs are ALWAYS the last to go.
As for the fires out here, they’re mainly up in Northern California. So we’re not seeing the smoke or getting any kind of ash.
But we’re kind of nervous because it doesn’t get really hot until August, September, October. What’s happening up north is going to hit us in the south eventually. Everyone here in Southern California feels that way.
It’s just a matter of time.
Sometimes I wish we were like your Denmark, Plume, the happinest place on earth.

Need i remind you, dear Plume, that I lost the enamel on my teeth due to diet coke? Fizzy drinks are evil.
Anyways, Raven nearly drowned at the pool tonight and I had to pull her out. It was so effing scary. I’m shaking.

Debster – When the church is done, you can get started on the Sistine Chapel. Should be a quick and easy job.
No socks lost lately. Actually I thought I had lost another one. I was standing with an uneven number and thought to myself I thought “what?! not again” but then I realized that for some reason I had put one sock down with the wash cloths for the kitchen. So it all matched up in the end.
LuisLemmings – My dad was always very strich about the toothbrushing, so I have been brought up well in that respect. Never had a cavity.
Maybe you should retire and move to Denmark. We’re the cold Florida. Maybe.
Desiree – Oh wow. I just read your entry about it. That was scary. I’m so glad you were able to get her out and that she’s okay. I don’t even want to think about what could have happened. Big hugs to you and the family.
