Talore Made
Whoops, I did it again. I think I slept something like 14 hours last night. Oh well. It’s not like I have anywhere important to be. And I’ve been sick. Plus the sandman lives next door. There are plenty of excuses, I just don’t have time to list them all.
It was a great sleep, though. If only forever.
While we wait for things of greater importance, here is a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JKBsi8fEg0. Treats for Chokolade. Look how big her horns are now! Amazing. I like how she nibbles at my thumb. And of course the goat dance at the end.
I have been watching some “Best of SNL” tapes. Seeing Chris Farley and Phil Hartmann made me a little sad. I miss those guys. They were both great, in very different ways. I can’t believe it’s 10 years since Hartmann died. It seems like yesterday I read the news online and didn’t believe them. Murdered by his wife. So senseless.
They still make me laugh, thankfully.
Also makes me laugh: Will Ferrell as Robert Goulet.

Man, it was sad when he was killed by his own wife. She had a history of drug abuse and co-dependency and, of course, very low self-esteem and self-worth. And from what understand a very explosive personality, too.
Thank goodness their two children weren’t hurt. But they lost both their parents. So it’s terrible and tragic for everyone.
But we have him on dvds forever. My favorite is when Hartmann is Frank Sinatra. I’d laugh until tears came out!
Farley was incredibly funny, too. Watching him, you get the feeling that he was playing himself. You can feel the sadness come out.
I know they are still missed to this day.

LuisLemmings – Yeah it was quite horrible. What a shock. And poor kids. Imagine having to grow up with that..
One of the best-of’s I watched was him doing Sinatra. He was just brilliant. Everything he did was funny. I loved him on the Simpsons too. He would have made an awesome Zapp Brannigan.
And Farley yeah, this huge goofy guy. It’s easy to look at him and say that’s all he was. But if you look closer, there’s definitely a sadness and depth to him. There was, I mean. So sad that they are gone.

We’ve been taking naps when we have free time. We are either sleeping or working.
We do try to fit in some donkey and goat time though. Otherwise they would all be baaing and braying so loudly we couldn’t sleep!
