I had a sleep attack yesterday. I only meant to take a little nap. I had gone a couple of weeks without naps almost, but when I got sick I fell back in. Anyway, I woke up from the nap yesterday and was hit by the “it’s better to sleep forever” feeling. I didn’t sleep forever, but I didn’t get up until this morning. All in all some 17 hours in bed I think. Wow. I didn’t sleep the whole time, I woke up during the night and did some tossing and turning. But in a nice sleepy way.

You’d think 17 hours in bed would leave the body well rested. But the body just gets sore. Funny that. I have managed to not nap today, though. Let’s hope I can sleep tonight. My sleep rythm is all over the place. Sleep is complicated. If you do it right.

Other than that there is not much going on in Plume’s house. There’s a couple of things actually. But they aren’t too interesting and I’m not in a typing mood. So I’m going to go instead.

Oh did you see that lady saying Barack Obama is Arab? Don’t you just think McCain was thinking to himself “Oh crap, this is going to be all over youtube?”. I love politics.
