Sir Felgar And The Hermit
Nothing much to report today. Nice little dinner with the family. Celebrating my brother’s birthday. My mother made some diabetes fromage. It’s handy to have a mother with several year’s worth of experience with diabetes. Not that I’m happy she has it of course. But you know what I mean.
Also, you know what I video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcdY8doA-dE. Video from yesterday. After feeding the animals. Sitting with the goat boys. Having them jump all over me and try to eat my hair. I have to get a haircut soon, but maybe I’ll just let the goat boys eat it all off. We shall see.
And that’s that week. What’s up for next week? Playing with the goat boys mainly. And new Lost on Thursday. New Lost makes Plume happy. Although Thursday is also time for the next eye treatment. So that’s not fun.I hope I can manage to watch Lost before I go to the hospital. Once the laser treatment is done I’ll be tired and my eyesight will be even worse than normal. I might not be able to watch Lost after that. I hope I can get it done in the morning. But at least it’ll be the last treatment on the right eye. Then that’s done. Only the left one to go.
So that’s where that is.

Hay, hay man! You’ve been “cudded”! Wait till those little goatzie boys start eating hay. Our boys chew on my husband’s t-shirt in the summer time and he ends up with big, green cud marks on it. (Course it’s a painting t-shirt, so now there’s paint and cud marks.)
It looked like the goat boys were trying to whisper a secret in your ear. I think Vanilje was remembering when she was a bit smaller and could sit in your lap.
Magnethe even got a little camera time. Does she look like she’s going to have kids anytime soon? Or do you know?
It snowed overnight and today. We have about 2 inches and the roads were covered and slick.
We were going down a two lane highway with a grassy divider between our two lanes and the other two lanes of highway going the other way.
Very scary to see a car way over in the other two lanes spin out on a slight curve, go thru the grassy area and look like it was sliding into our two lanes of traffic. Whoever was driving really handled the car well as it spun around and didn’t come near our lanes at all.
My husband said: “Looks like a Dukes of Hazzard TV episode”. Good thing the driver got back in control as there really wasn’t anywhere we could have gone if he had slid into our path.
By the time we finished our painting work and headed home, it had stopped snowing and the road crews were out and the highway was really cleared off to what it was this morning.
The last several nights, Snickers has been a really good girl. I’m beginning to think she’s up to something. The goats seem to be handling the cold weather well. Everyone had a big drink of warm water. I told them I cooked the warm water especially for my sweet goatzies!

Debster – I’ll have to get myself a painter t-shirt then! Or some kind of camouflage thing. Yes.
Vanilje almost tried to climb me too yes. She kinda started putting her leg up on me and I had to stop her. No way missy, you’re too big for that now! And Magnethe is big too. According to Kurt she should have babies in April, so that will be lovely. It’s hard to see how far along she is, since she’s a pretty huge goat now. I’m trying to be polite, Magnethe, I swear!
I’m glad no one got hurt in the car story. I need some reindeer and a sleigh, much safer. I’m sure. I wonder what the insurance is on something like that?
Be careful, I think Snickers is planning to make a run for it. She’s lulling you into a false sense of security and then BAM she’s outta the door and away she goes. She’s not related to Houdini, is she?
