Alligator Aviator Autopilot Antimatter
Things are still going well with my eyesight. I think. When I woke up this morning I was convinced that it had gotten worse again. But I think that was just my eyes needing to readjust from the night. Maybe. I don’t know. It feels like maybe it’s a tiny bit worse? But still lots better than before the last treatment. It’s hard to tell sometimes, it still varies. But I’m going to the eye doc on Friday for a post-treatment checkup. I don’t know if it’s possible for secondary cataracts to come back once lasered away. We’ll see what he says.
But even though I still have that fear of things turning worse again, I am also still enjoying the improvements. Very much. The little things. Like being able to read the text when I want to program my DVR. That makes it a lot easier. And I am now running my computer in 1024×768 resolution mode. Which is a big step up from the 800×600 I have been using for years now. Modern day computing really isn’t made for 800×600 anymore. It’s a big relief to be using a higher resolution again. I really hope that will last.
On Monday I paid a visit to the goats. It was nice to see them clearer. Grethe is growing up quite nicely. Here is a video: youtube.com/watch?v=gC0M8XkfHdo. Starting off with a little snow in Gellerup. There is still snow, but it’s more ice now. Which actually makes it harder for me to get around. I’d rather have some soft snow. Still pretty, though. And you can see the gloveymittens that Debster got for me. They are quite excellent. I’m very happy with them. Also in the video are the horsies and Bodil comes around with Sif. Good times with everyone.
I could see the traffic lights on my way home. And the clock on my cell phone. This little improvement just makes so many things that little bit easier.
Tomorrow I’m having a plumber over for tea. Or well, actually to take a look at my toilet. It’s been running. And I can’t catch it!
Sorry, just working on my standup act.
Also, thanks go out to Belinda who got me a gift certificate for amazon. I am planning to use it tomorrow when the complete Scrubs collection goes on super sale. Merry christmas to me! … And you too, of course.

This is a funny video about Polka Spot the llama. At the very end, you can see her prancing. Frankie will do this prancing occasionally and it is so funny to watch him.
We watched the “Fabulous Beekman Boys” last night on TV. They have goats, goats, and more goats. And Farmer John gets very emotional about his goats.
And we thought we were emotional about our goats!

Debster – Unfortunately I could not get the video to play. I’m not sure why, maybe my security settings. I’m sure it was some very fance prancing though.
aren’t goats great? Yes they are
