No One Lasts Forever
Whatever time we are given is always too short.
And now there is no time left for four of the goat boys at the playground. There were two of the five left when I got to the there yesterday. Magnethe’s dark one and Bandit’s little brother. And just when I was getting ready to leave Kurt showed up to collect Lil Bro. I’m glad I got to say goodbye to him. Unlike Bandit and Magnethe’s other two boys. And I’m glad he will be going to Kurt’s place. He should have a very nice life there. A big place with lots of grass and animals. Kurt told me that he has four other kids of the same size right now. So there will be a lot of playing around there. And my secret wish is for Lil Bro and Soft Ice to get together and make goat babies, in due time. That would be sweet. To carry on Vanilje’s genes. I can always hope.

By now I’m sure he’s all settled in and happy. It was sad too to hear Mio baahing for her babies. Not knowing that this time none of them would be coming back. So it goes. It makes me sad to think about it, but I can’t do anything. And I know she will be happy again soon. So it does go.

Other than that my mind is mostly filled with various computer problems and decisions. For my parents’ computer and my own. But that’s too boring to think about. So that’s all.

Poor Snow White. I would hate to have to give up any baby goatzies. I’d be known as the “Crazy Goat Lady” with 50 goatzies!
I wish you could get into the red van and go visit everyone at Kurt’s place. I think he would have a nice farm.
Did one of the goat boys get to stay at the playground then?
It has been very hot here yesterday and today with a high heat index. We’ve made sure all the animals have plenty of water and some shade. Even the cats are feeling the heat today.

Debster yeah, if I had a say in the matter then the playground would be overrun with goats by now. It always sucks saying goodbye. And it sucks when you don’t get to say goodbye either.
My parents told me not to get into vans with strange old men. But then Kurt isn’t that strange, so I would’ve been happy to go along for the ride. I think his place is really nice. I have only heard good things.

Debster – maybe it was strange old vans? Hmm. I’m definitely not getting into any strange old vans that appear to be driving by themselves. Or by goats. Nope.
