Blog Blocked

I feel like I have to apologise for the lack of blog entries lately. I just noticed that in a span of 20 days I only made 3 blog posts. That’s a far cry from how it used to be. Back on diaryland I would update at least once a day. But back then I had a lot more frustrations to vent too. Things were very different. A long, long time ago in a falaxy far, far away.

The biggest reason for the few entries is all the struggles with the new computer. I have spent a ton of time trying to get it to work properly. And I’m not quite there yet. But it has taken up most of my computer time. When I’m not wasting time on youtube or facebook. Facebook is another reason for the slack blogging. I get most of my socialising done there now. Pestering people with stupid messages. Good fun! There aren’t that many people left who read this blog I think, and if it wasn’t for Debster’s constant comments then I probably would have shut it down a while ago. When I was going through all the eyesight stuff it was also handy to be able to write in my blog so my parents could keep track of what was going on like that. I am not good at communicating in real life. Surprisingly. But now that things have settled down (knock on wood) that isn’t as important anymore. And the fact that my parents read my blog has also inhibited my writing, no doubt about that. I don’t feel like I can freely talk about all the things on my mind always. So my facebook friends get the brunt of that instead.

There’s just not that much to write about anymore. But at least that means I will bore you less!

You forget about your new readers like me. I don’t comment much because I’m a moron and have very little of substance to add. However, you have inspired me to try out for the US Olympic slack blogging team. I think I’m a natural.

Bill – Well you make up for it on facebook, so that’s okay. brb gonna blog about reboots and 3d.

  3. Stu Says:

  4. Plume Says:

    Stu – Nice mate!

  5. Debster Says:

Is there room on the Olympic slack blogging team for me? All I’ve been doing is trying to stay cool and filling up water buckets for the animals. I had to give our kitty cat a bath again yesterday. He was meowing pitifully, so I “watered” him. He was much happier when he was wet!

  6. Plume Says:

Debster – I think you have to have a log to be on the team! But you can still come to our meetings. If you bring cold drinks, that is!

  7. Debster Says:

I have a pretty large tree branch – it could be considered a “log”.

  8. Plume Says:

    Debster – OKay, you’re in!

  9. Debster Says:

Well that was almost too easy.
