Cryptology
I had a bit of a bad experience on Monday. But I don’t feel like writing about it here, really. It’s fine now, anyway. Cryptic! Otherwise, just exercising and goats. That’s about what I like to spend my time on.
I let the goats have some free time without the leashes this week. It’s nice to see them roam around. So much green to eat. Even with dastardly chickens, loud machines and light rain. They still enjoyed themselves. And so did I.
And the exercise is going pretty well. I have lost 11 pounds so far in June. Considering my diet hasn’t been perfect and the weather hasn’t been as warm as I’d hoped, I’m okay with that. I’ll keep working on it.
And finally, happy Father’s Day today. I don’t know what I would have done without my dad during all the blindness crap. So happy Day and get well soon, dad!
And now, goats.
And a goatlog.
And that’s all for this week folks, see you in the next one.

We had a nice cook-out with my sister and her husband for Father’s Day. My Dad loves hamburgers and buns with tomatoes, onions, cheese, etc., etc. He was very pleased with the menu choice on Sunday. We also had raw veggies, dip and chips, baked beans, and pea salad (peas, cheese, onion, and Miracle Whip).
My sister made a nice cool, no-bake dessert. One was made with lemon Jello and Cool Whip (whipped topping) and the other had lime Jello and Cool Whip. Both were in a graham cracker pie crust. She had blueberries on top of the lemon one and crushed graham cracker crumbs on the other one. Yummy!
Has your Dad been sick? I don’t remember you saying anything lately about him. I remember he had been ill awhile back. Hope he is doing ok.

You always make me hungry when you talk about food! Mmm. It all sounds lovely and delicious. If you ever start a meals on wheels service, you can come my way!
My dad has had some trouble with his legs, possibly a herniation according to google translate. He’s had to take it easy for a bit, because my parents are heading off abroad for some holidaying. Gotta be able to walk for that! He’s been getting some physical therapy, seems to be getting better.

I made a sugar-free strawberry Jello and Cool Whip dessert in a graham cracker crust the other day. I put strawberries on top for garnish. Yummy.
I think I’ll try orange Jello and Cool Whip next with mandarin oranges on top. I will work my way thru all the flavors of Jello till we come to one we don’t like. We pretty much like all dessert, so I may have to start over again! Hee, hee.
Hope your parents have a good time on vacation. Do they go for a week or two?

Mmm. We have fresh strawberries in the supermarket now. Such a summery smell.
My parents came home today. My sense of time is off. Was that a week and a half or so. Probably.
