A quiet week. Just recuperating. My ribs are getting better and better. I can get through the day without painkillers now. I just take some before bedtime. So that’s progress. Though I still feel in not so great shape when I go out to see the goats. I miss taking them out of the pen. But I don’t have the strength right now. I couldn’t possibly keep Mio in check on the leash as it is now. Haha. So I miss the proper goat times. And the exercise. I was supposed to be getting in shape now. Instead I’m getting way out of shape. Oh well. I’m about ready to start the biking again. The powerbar will come later. And on a positive note, I’ve been getting the first real Danish cucumbers this week. They aren’t super quality yet, but they’re still better than the imported ones. I had some tomatoes a week ago or so too. I’m looking forward to the real good cucumbers and tomatoes being the mainstay of my diet again. And exercising again. And being out in warm weather with the goats on fresh grass. Gotta keep looking forward.

My brother is doing okay. Back to work and doing his dialysis. My parents are moving. To a new place close to where they live. It’s a ground floor apartment so it’ll make things a little easier for them. I’ll have to learn how to tind the new place.

Oh yeah and my birthday was Tuesday. I’m old. Wasn’t in any shape to do any celebrating, but I enjoyed the overflowing of well wishes on Facebook. All the nice people.
