April Foods

Pretty quiet week. Things getting back in motion after Easter. The weather is getting wamer and the goats are enjoying that I can take them out to graze regularly too. My ribs are better. I’m almost back to normal. Sometimes there’s a little discomfort, but pretty much no pain. So that was a fairly quick heal. Three weeksish, as it’s supposed to be. Can’t complain about that. My parents are getting ready to move and my brother is back to work and doing dialysis. I might have mentioned all that before. Not much new going on really. I did exercise today for the first time since hurting my ribs. I’ve wanted to get back to exercising for a week or more, but kept skipping it. Because I’m lazy. I almost skipped today too. There’s always that voice telling me to stay in bed. Do it another day. But I got it done today. The first step to get back in shape. It’s amazing how much shape you can lose in 3 weeks. Bah. But I’ll get there. No hurry.
