It’s gotta be hard for Trump supporters to keep hanging on to the desperate illusion that this is going to go their way.
The Democrats had to accept defeat in 2016 ,even though no one had thought that it was going to happen (Danish news orgs certainly didn’t anticipate it). At some point Republicans are going to have to accept this one. You can’t sit around and wait for divine intervention. When your prophets are nutballs like Voight and Rudy, you’re screwed.
Biden just won Arizona. Again. I made a twitter on joke about how there had to have been election fraud because Biden keeps winning. He’s won like 70 states by now! If there’s overwhelming evidence of election fraud it’s time to fucking show it in court or gtfo. Thank you, and goodnight.

I can’t believe it’s December.
No wait, actually I can. Pretty easily. It was just November so it kind of makes sense. I feel like it’s been a long year. 2020 has been one of the longest decades.
December used to be a magic month when I was a kid. Getting up and heading to school in the dark. Often through snow. Pulling the curtains and turning off the lights and lighting candles while our teacher read today’s entry in the christmas calendar story. Maybe some secret santa stuff going on. Looking forward to the vacation break and the christmas gifts. It was a nice break from th usual school days. So long ago. Life is a weird river, you never know where it flows. Who know how long it will be before you reach the waterfall and tumble into the lake and become one with everything?

If you claim to care about veterans and use every opportunity to thank them for their service, maybe keep in mind that a lot of them are old and have medical conditions, so while your kids may get through covid just fine, you’re helping spread the disease to the veterans. They gotta be a considerable figure in the hundreds of thousands of dead that so many Republicans feel are acceptable numbers.
And how weak is your faith that it can’t survive one year of not going to church for christmas or whatever. You think god want you to honour him by going to church as much as possible no matter the costs to the sick and needy, or to stay the fuck at home for one season to protect the vulnerable?
I saw people burning the Danish flag recently, and honestly I don’t give a fuck. My love for my country is strong enough to endure other people’s hate of it. If your love of god is too weak to endure staying at home until the vaccine is out, what does it say about you? If your love of your country can’t stand athletes kneeling then what does it say about you?

Good goat times today. Cold, though. Only a couple of degrees above freezing. And no sun. Gloomy. At least the mud wasn’t as bad as it has been. Maybe the cold firmed it up. i still managed to dunk my camera in mud a couple of times. Quit knocking the camera over, goats!
Other than that it was good. There was a nice mother with a couple of kids who came over to the fence. She was speaking English to the kids. I heard her say “looks like the gaots don’t want to come over and say hi today”. Sigh. So I had to go over and people a bit. Got the goats to follow. Mia did her best Mio impression and stood still while the kids prodded and petted her. She’s a champ.
Meanwhile, Nuller and Milo had some bouts of headknocking. They did it in the shelter too and a couple of times Milo reared up and knocked his head on the ceiling before coming down to headbutt Nuller. Oh dear. Well I guess if their skulls are thick enough to knock on horns, they can take knocking on the ceiling too. Silly boys.

Great. Facebook removed the “important” section of my notifications. So now comment notification are mixed in with all the likes and reactions. So I’ll probably miss more comments, sorry about that.
It was the ONE thing I really liked about the new fb design. Being able to see the notifications that you needed to respond to. So of cours they had to ruin it.
It’s too cold and I’m cranky, send soup.

You know you’re in trouble when the episode is named The Tragedy. They better not hurt a hair on baby Grogu’s chinny chin chin! I love Giancarlo Esposito. He’s so good at looking like a bad bad bad dude.
You know, I was never the hugest Mandalore fetichist. I loved Boba in the beginning, but the more we learned about him, especially the backstory in the prequel trilogy, I .. well I wouldn’t say I stopped caring about him, but I didn’t follow the general fanaticism about him and the mandalorians in general.
That all being said. Seeing Boba and our mando fighting off a troop of stormtroopers… sooo good. Mmmm. Are they going to go get Bo-Katan and her group too and then go free baby Groguyoda? Buncha mandalorians taking on the imperial remnant, sounds good to me!
My kid self’s head would have xploded if he knew the kind of Star Wars content we’d have in the future. I still remember those 15 or whatever years after the ot, having no idea if we’d ever even see more sw. With no internet to keep up with things, just wondering if a new Star War would ever show up.
I’d take a Boba spinoff, thanks.

I unwrapped my presents from Angeline Slaats ! Haha, i sense a reindeer theme! Nice and fluffy socks, sweater and hat. And a pair of glasses. Feels like they will be very warm and comfy. Other than the glasses, haha. I’d be tempted to try and put them on one of the goats, but I know they don’t like playing dressup usually, so better not. I haven’t tried the stuff on yet, but it seems very nice!
